Mi nombre es Odalys batista y he sido miembro de este club por los últimos 3 años , en el día de hoy y dede ayer me siento indignada con el mal trato que uno de los manager (Sidney) me dio el día de ayer ( Mothers Day ) . Yo siempre he asistido con una pequeña mochila en la cuál cargo una toalla y un botellín de agua . No soy la única y no dejaré de serlo . No sabiendo que era policía del gym no poder entrar con mochila .este hombre me hecho de mala forma sin darme la posibilidad de dejarme llevar mi mochila y dejarla en mi carro . Hoy llame a la manager general Vanessa Díaz y no quiso atenderme . En 3 años he visto cientos de clientes entrando no solo con mochilas sino con maletines como si fueran de viaje Vestidos en jeans como si fuera cowboys y nadie usando su propia toalla por simple sanidad e higiene personal . Estoy muy decepcionada con el servicio y administración del lugar ..... X está acción y maltrato me veré forzada a dejar el gym y cambiar a uno con mejor servicio y mejor costumer service como UFC . Si pudiera no daría ni una estrella ✨

In general I like this gym, but there are a couple of issues that need to be addressed. I am not the kind of customer who complains regularly, but there are certain things that have been bothering me for a while. I am going to point them out here, hoping they are addressed asap: 1. The light flashing is out of control. It is ok to flash them 15 or 10 minutes before closing time, but 35 minutes? Seems excessive and extremely distracting. 2. Related to that point, they gym is supposed to close at 8 oclock on Saturdays and Sundays. Sometimes they rush everybody out and close 10 or 15 minutes before that time. When you ask them why, the answer is "because we opened 10 minutes ahead this morning." I dont think that is allowed. They rush everyone to finish and even turn off the lights. 3. Sometimes they play heavy metal for 2 hours straight before closing. Although I appreciate one or two tracks of this genre, after the fourth one I just want to run out of there. There is a reason why there is a pre-set playlist they should play. 4. I know is the customers responsibility to re-rack the weights, but I dont appreciate the staff or the managers reminding me or other members to do it constantly. It gets annoying, especially when you are working out with different machines at the same time. I sincerely hope these issues are taken care of. I would hate to escalate this, especially because I love my gym and get along very well with the friendly staff they have. Thank you.

I wanted to sign back up to youfit and it was then that I was informed I had incurred a bill. I was a member years ago and was falsely misinformed by one of the associates on how to cancel my membership.I maintained the same contact info to this date and there is no record indicating of any attempts to collect a balance. I did research and found a compliance form and it states that youfit has to comply with reaching out to members in regards to any balances. I contacted the corporate email I was given and Gina Ruth the person who responded to the email never even extended the courtesy of acknowledging the error on the part of youfit, let alone a statement that they would look into this issue. All she said was " you have a debt with Youfit and Youfit is attempting to collect it." But when I went to the club, Vanessa the manager who has been the only one trying to help, showed me there were no records indicating any attempts to collect a balance, and Gina from corporate never responded. In addition to all of this, I went to the club to speak to the Regional manager and he didnt have the courtesy or PROFESSIONALISM to speak to me in person to see what could be done. All Ive been getting is the corporate run around. They are making me out to blame but in reality the staff failed to reach out about any balance, which I would have taken care of to avoid all of this. Youfit does a disservice to people by misrepresenting its motto "where its all about you".

Mi nombre es madeline el domingo dia de las madre estube en el gym y presencié algo horrible donde un manager le hablaba en una forma descompuesta a una clienta la cual veo todos los dias ,al parecer muy dedicada por su cuerpo porque ella tenia una mochila desde que visito ese gym la veo con ella a su lado es admirable ver una persona tan dedicada ese manager no tiene profecionalismo ninguno yo creo que tanto la manager vanessa Dias como su asistente Sidney tienen que mandarlos a un trainer para saber como se tratan los clientes.

They have an "Express Circuit" 10 machines, timed workout. 30 minute total work out. I am always very busy and this is GREAT for me. However, others come into that section and "Hog" the machines while they do their 5 reps with long rest periods in between. I complained to the manager, asking if they could put up more signs asking people to respect that people are trying to do the "Express Circuit". NOTHING. Then yesterday, TWO of their coaches brought their clients into that section. One of the coaches actually beat me to the next machine and sat on it till his client was able to get there. I even sent an email with this complaint to corporate on their website. They never even extended the courtesy of acknowledging my email, let alone a statement that they would look into this issue. Why go through the trouble of designing an "Express Circuit" if they are not going to ensure it is available to their clients!!!!!!! I originally gave 3 stars. Im changing it to 2. OK. 2 1/2.

I had a small gym bag/duffle whatever you want to call it and management came to me telling me that i could not have that there. I complied and took my bag out but told him that there are bags everywhere. Pointed him out a bag but bc its a female bag that it was ok. A bag is a bag. It can be heavy regardless the size, cause a safety concern regardless of size, all have long straps on it that can be tripped on. So if i bring my wifes big strapped sling purse and put my water jug, gloves, straps, towel in it then im ok right? Meanwhile 3 guys in front of me had there string bags all around the squat rack like nothing and i watched 5 staff members walk by them and say nothing. Another guy had hos fanny pack layed on the floor inbetween the cable cross machine making people have to step over it. Fair is fair. If you dont want bags then dont allow any bags. Female or male. String back or purse.. Safety is safety if they say...

I was in the gym and made the mistake of hiring a personal trainer for a few Sessions. I broke the contract around six months ago and I they still are charging my membership. I have gone several times to ask for explanations and always the situation seems resolving but still continues. What kind of people hired to work who do not know what to do with papers and misinform the clients. I m paying 70 dollars without use the services. My english is no good ok?
