No lo recomiendo para nada! Crossfit es comunidad, es ayudar ! El coach no tiene etica involucra su vida personal con el trabajo y no maneja las cosas como son. Siempre lamentare esta situacion ya que esta disciplina es la que me gusta y el lugar quedaba cerca de mi casa. Ojala no borren mi comentario porque siemore tuve el derecho de decirlo a pesar que ellos me dijeron que no lo hicera publico! Que pena que existan crossfit con coach como Dario!.

I LOOOOVE this box! The trainers are great, very knowledgeable and always making sure you keep good posture when exercising and that you do it the right way. When they say that Crossfit is for everyone, they really mean it! This is the most inclusive box Ive been too... Its such a great community: Competitors, people who is just starting, young and older people (the moms of the trainers go there... and boy can they lift!), people with disabilities, veterans, pregnant women (I myself exercised until I was 7 mo. pregnant). I couldnt recommend this place more!

From the moment i walked in, it was one of the warmest welcomes any person can ask for. i met directly with 2-3 coaches. which were very excited for me to join as well as they asked me what my personal goal was. and i thought that was fantastic. not what they wanted for me. but what i wanted for myself!!!!. the people are great, the staff is stupendous. Ive been to a few other boxes around the greater miami area. in my personal opinion nothing compares to the family values that are bred here at CFK!. this literally is a second family.

I love this place! the place is clean, coaches are great always watching your moves so you dont hurt yourself....Danny is our morning coach ,he is a lovely, happy positive spirit young man super knowledgeable and pays individual attention to each and everyone of us, he makes the class fun with his dance moves and Dario is one of the owners whos unique personality makes this place and ourselves feel like home. I am super happy to be a member of Crossfit Kendall family!!!

I have been doing crossfit at Crossfit Kendall for almost 3 years now, and at 61 years old I feel healthier and stronger than ever. This exercise program has helped me to stay more focus at home and work. Recently I had a bone density test done and when the doctor saw the results, she told me that my bones are of a much younger person. I recommend this type of workout to anybody that wants to lead a fit and healthier lifestyle.

Been a member for over a year. I have never been to another crossfit but I am 1,000% sure that our coaches provide the ultimate package of training, positive attitude and confidence in their members as well as making sure that our safety is always the #1 priority. My fellow members are supportive and helpful to one another. I am proud to call Crossfit Kendall my box. Mia Familia!

Love this place. I just started 3 weeks ago and I continue to love it more and more. Felt welcomed from day one. The coaches are amazing. Very friendly, fun, atmosphere. Not only do they offer cross fit, but they also have an amazing yoga class which I found to be helpful for my well being. Best investment I have made for myself.

This gym is by far the best I have ever been a part of. The coaches and members are like family. The coaches are more than welcoming, teach you the proper form, push you to reach your goals, encourage, and really care. They have allot of equipment and a large facility. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
