I do not recommend anyone to come to this gym at night or even at all unless they prefer to get their car broken into and there belongings stolen. I just left the gym there tonight with a friend around 11:45pm before they closed when I went to my car I realized my car had been broken into and my purse has been stolen. When I alerted the workers what had happened I asked if they had cameras for the parking lot to see who it was. They said they only had cameras in the back and they werent able to access the video without a manager and they said they usually have an officer at night hanging around, which whats the odds he wasnt there TONIGHT. On the other hand the second employee was very rude about my situation and was thankful HIS car wasnt then one broken into and didnt seem to alarmed that mines was. The crazy thing about this whole experience is that one of the workers told me this wasnt the first time this happened. Dont you think one time of this happening is a good time for you to take more precaution for your clients to feel safe to park at your establishment? I do not recommend this gym at all especially at night and the officer who should of been on duty should be fired along with the two rude co workers working that night.

Been a member for nearly 2 years now and this place has steadily gotten worse and worse. From faulty equipment that has been broken since I joined the gym to extremely rude and poor customer service reps to cocky personal trainers who think they are doing you a favor by letting you use a body fat calculator that is for members and then ask you what your eating habits are like. The pinnacle was this morning when nobody bothered to show up to open the gym at 8 am and only after the janitor called and pleaded with 2 managers did someone bother to show up an hour and half late and n9t even apologize. Cant wait to dump this place and go to a real gym like LA fitness where they value members and the atmosphere is conducive to fitness and not nonsense. Forgot to add Ive been in public restrooms at his stations that are in better condition. Than the locker room here at youfit where it drinks of 3 week old urine.

The worst experience in my life,this youfit employee lie to me, I went on January 2017 to this place because I received a promotion flyer showing that for only $10 a month i will get access to this gym, i asked 3 times to the person who was filling the papers if there is any other fee and she said NO,no fees,the only thing that you have to pay is $10 a month, after 3 month they charged $ 53 regarding to a membership fee ,so I asked for that and they said that I signed for that,such a liar that employee who never mention that fee since the begining. I am very upset !!! I cancelled my membership and everything with them,I can not do business with that type of people....

Horrible gym. I just paid 40 to cancel. I have never had such a horrible experience with any other gym. After one year they up the price to 15.90 so I went to the gym to cancel and the guy there told me to stay one more year and they will keep the $10 monthly. After one month they charge me 15.90 and when I went to gym they said it is not possible to honor that price. Well I canceled today and tried to use my last month payment and they wouldnt honor even they already charge me for the month. What! So they received and extra payment because i had to pay it in order to cancel. These people are a joke! I would never recommend this gym to anyone.

Price wise it is a great deal. Front desk not courteous, but my biggest issue is the cardio equipment, plenty of treadmills and arc trainers, both useless when you have knee issues.They replaced the elliptical machines with new arc trainers. Contacted the manager to request different or other type of cardio equipment (elliptical, rowers,etc) and was told this is the best equipment we have today.In other words deal with it. Well, believe me it is not the best or the most efficient equipment for sure. I used to look forward to my work out, not anymore.

Pros: The equipment they have is a lot better than some of the other locations, and have multiple machines so you usually dont have to wait long to workout. The staff is nice and polite. Cons: The people that workout here and extremely lazy and messy. Ive lost count how many times ive seen someone walk away from a bench and leave all the weights on the bar, or finish the workout and not wipe off the bench after. No one wants to put their head where you just sweated a small pool. If it wasnt so close to where I live, Id go somewhere else.

Staff is friendly enough not sure why the complaints. I agree with another comment that there are way too many cardio machines like treadmills and even on busy time there will be many empty. What they are missing is more diverse cardio like Precor elliptical machines that many other places have or any elliptical would be nice. They also need another universal because those are super packed on busy days. True stretch cage would be nice too.

I have been a member of a lot of gyms over the years. Never before, even 25 years ago have I paid $10.00 a month and gotten so much. I am not sure what location people dont have elliptical machines, or too many treadmills... but they are all taken during busy times even though they have almost 3 dozen treadmills and probably a dozen ellipticals. Plus 3 stairmasters. All in all, a superb deal. Clean, friendly & good hours. Impressed!

Signing up for this gym has so far been the worst idea I have ever come across. This gym is after your money and it does nothing other than make you regret signing up. As to this day I have collection calls harassing me, saying I owe money to youfit because the people who worked there didnt fill out and send proper paperwork when I cancelled my training sessions. I am fed up with this place and I really dont recommend it.

This place is by far the worst youfit i have ever been to! Not only has my car been broken into before but the cop that is suppose to be there doing his job was flirting with the lady at the front desk!!!!!!! Her name was Barbara and the only reason I remember her name is because I had to wait a good 5 mins so they could stop flirting just to sign in and work out!

Disgusting....Towel rule is not enforced and more than 80% of clients dont bring one... machines and benches are filthy and soaked. "That is why we have paper towels and spray bottles," says staff... yeah so I can clean up after some soaking wet patron before I use a machine... Their expectations for their clients are in line with their price...low... Im out

Tropical Performance

This gym is always clean and well maintained. The staff is also really friendly. Barbara gave us a tour and signed us up. She was extremely helpful and kind to us. We asked her a bunch of questions and she answered each one with patience. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that seeks a pleasant workout. 5 stars
