I was directed to this laundry service by my hotel concierge yesterday morning. I dropped off a load of laundry and when I went to pick it up later that day everything I had given them was ruined! I had a whole load of whites, several bikinis, brand new board shorts etc. and every item I got back was turned yellow, splotchy with rust (or some other unknown substance). I took my clothes back and showed the men there. They literally told me "I dont care" said that it wasnt their responsibility and refused to compensate me for the clothes in the amount their receipt says they will. If they ruin your clothes they say theyll pay up to 10x the amount charged to launder it. They refused to even discuss this with me and I was chased out of the store by a man yelling at me to go to the police if I want help. Im on south beach with nothing to wear...its awful. My hotel called them to see if they could help and the concierge recieved the same treatement (and he was hung up on) the Essex house has assured me that they wont be sending any more guests there again and their affiliate the Cleavelander wont either. If youre smart youll steer clear of Clean Machine, if only because if they ruin your clothes they wont replace them or abide by their contract. Theyve been turned into the Better Business Bureau of Miami Fl...Heed my warning.

Brilliant We have been travelling for almost 2 weeks and very ready for a wash day. Our hotel in MiamiBeach suggested Clean Machine. Dropped off a small suitcase of clothing, and advised that it would be ready by 5pm. Arrived on time and all ready. I was expecting a min of $100, as we had most pressed except socks and undies. $50 was the charge and the pressing passed the wifes expectations . A Laundromat would have cost close to that and waste of half a day Value for money and excellent service

This is probably one of the best dry cleaners at Miami Beach. They do all on the spot and can do same day rush orders very fast at low cost. The quality of the service is really good. They have a totally different attitude towards the customers than other dry cleaners, as they TRULY value each and every customer. I never ever been treated with the friendliness and understanding at any other dry cleaner at Miami Beach before as I have here. Its also open early to late all days.

The best of the best in the business! These guys are friendly, helpful & very professional! My husband & I were holidaying in Miami recently & accidently left our laundry with them & flew to Vegas. Clean Machine went out of their way to take our laundry to the nearest post office & ship it to us, just in time before we made our way home to Australia. Cant recommend this friendly business enough! Thanks guys :)

This is not a laundromat, there is dry cleaning and drop off service. Good customer service but did not get our whites whites. I would say good enough if your clothes only need a quick wash, dont expect anything fancy.

For european, that place looks scary :)) But after 3 hours I ve got back everything perfect washed, and nicely packed. Really good to have such "normal" services among all that Miami Beachs tourist & wild things around.

Perfect service. After only 4 hours the laundry was ready to be picked up. Everything was nicely folded and the service was just kind and welcoming. Recommended for everyone !!

Clean and swift, they sent out my drycleaning but wash done on site same day. Ended up doing second load better than waiting at laundry for dryer..ALSO they are open!

Pretty much, the best laundry palace. They are fast and attentive and does not ruin your expensive dress shirts like so many other places do.Highly recommended!

Very good dry cleaner! Friendly and very quick. I never gave them a tough stain to really put them to the test, but Im sure they could sort it out if I did.
