I would give Sudsies a ZERO if I could. But Yelp doesnt allow anything less than 1 star. I specifically researched dry cleaners after moving to Miami. Everyone talked online about how expensive dry cleaning is in this city and how many locations do a horrible job. Sudsies had a decent record online - they were more expensive, but they came to pick up your clothes and everyone trusted them. Boy was I wrong. More than just wrong. They have RUINED 3 items of mine - an expensive silk blouse from Brooks Brothers, and two red Pottery Barn rugs. Granted they outsourced the rugs to a difference company but they sent the rugs back to me without checking them and they were stained PINK. Twice they did this and twice I sent them back. Initially they werent going to compensate me for the rugs being ruined, but after much hassle the General Manager, Luis, agreed not to charge me for the cleaning fee. As I write this review, Im currently on the line with them. They disconnected me, passed me along to 3 different people, and this is all in response to a call that I made two days ago that they never returned. All to find out they LOST my rugs in the warehouse. They want to make things right but they wont confirm if they will reimburse me for the lost and ruined rugs. And dont get my started about the ruined Brooks Brothers blouse. Luis offered to give me $100 in free dry cleaning after I yelled about the rug situation enough times. I declined - why would I take my clothes to Sudsies when they have ruined so many articles of mine? For the record, I now take my clothes to Kims Valet Cleaning over on Route 1. They have yet to destroy my articles of clothing and their prices are comparable.

Sudsies is the absolute BEST and one of the most convenient services Ive ever had the experience of using. Im an attorney in the Brickell area and as you can imagine, my life is pretty hectic. Having to run errands during the day is dreadful and one of the most tedious things I unfortunately have to do. No one wants an attorney to represent them with wrinkled clothes! Sudsies has allowed me to worry about one less thing. They have made dry cleaning easy and the BEST part is, I trust them with my clothes; something I have not been able to say about other dry cleaners in the Brickell area. Sudsies makes it so EASY and they truly care about your clothes. They give you dry cleaning bags, personalized with your own ID card. All you have to do is put your clothes in the bag, schedule a pick up (or have someone do it for you), and they do the rest! You do not have to worry about anything. Sudsies really has set the bar and if you are anything like me, a service that allows you to worry about one less thing, is vital in my heavy schedule and Sudsies Dry Cleaning is perfect for you.

Being a customer of Sudsies Dry Cleaning service has been an absolute pleasure. They have excelled in a few categories that I would like to point out. The first is that they’re service of laundry is unbelievably good. I have high end clothes that have included peter Millar, gucci,, AG (jeans), rag & bone, and other designer clothes go through their regular wash and fold service with no problem. Everything is on delicate cycle. Secondly, their customer service is the best I have seen in any company, thanks to the manager Jason Cespedes. He aims to please the customer in every way, and every employee of the company exemplifies this same desire. They tailored a plan for my house, which 29 people live in, so that we wouldn’t have to invest in costly laundry machines. Although their cost may seem high, I can honestly say their service is undoubtedly a premium service, and wroth every single penny. Please do not hesitate to use this company - I assure you will have no regrets. On behalf of me and my 29 other roommates, Thank you Sudsies & Jason for saving our clothes!

This is not my first experience with delays with pick up and delivery of my laundry. I try to give the benefit of the doubt. However, I am doing my own laundry right now as I scheduled a pick up online with Sudsies, there was a NO SHOW. I called the company spoke with a young lady who advised me to leave my clothes my door man and they will pick up later. I confirmed the pickup times as sometime between 11am and 3 pm. I came down stairs around 2 pm my clothing was still behind the front desk. I made the assumption they were still on their way. However, upon going back to my lobby at 7:30 and my clothes were still behind the desk. I decided to pick up my laundry and just wash my own clothes, save some money and NOT UTILIZE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. As previously mentioned this is not the first time I had issues with pick up and delivery. I know I only may be one customer, but I do have choices when spending money. Tonight I choose to save my money. I will seek an alternate establishment to do business with in the future.

I just moved back to Miami after being away for two years. I live in downtown at a more upscale building where the concierge referred Sudsies to me. Its been a headache. They cannot find anything in their system about my order, thank god it was only a first time pick up. I would not trust such a disorganized company with my clothes. What should have been an easy task for such a large company has proven to be difficult. It is not as if I live far from their location. All they have to do is cross the causeway pick up my clothes take THREE DAYS and hopefully not lose anything in the process. Instead of the location assisting me, they shoved me off by saying they will have someone from their main location call me. REALLY? A business at this scale should be able to input information into their system and arrange a pick up instead of making a potential customer run around. There are a ton of other dry cleaning services in the area to throw money at. If I were you, I would choose anyone but Sudsies.

I have been using Sudsies for over 5 years and could not be happier. First, they pick up and deliver to my home or office, so I never have to go to a dry cleaner and stand in line. Second, they provide excellent service. My clothes look great and everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly. inally, they have the highest rating of any dry cleaner in Florida by the Green Cleaners Council. They employ environmentally friendly practices and they even recycle and reuse the hangers, coller stays, cuff clips and other materials when you are done with them. All I do is leave the stuff in my bag and it gets reused instead of thrown in another landlfill. And if thats not enough, Sudsies is also a big supporter of local environmental charities. If environmental awareness is important to you, Sudsies is without a doubt the best green dry cleaner with eco-friendly practices and a real commitment to saving the planet while keeping our clothes clean.
