I had recently moved to Miami and needed to find a place to alter a pair of pants that I had to wear to a wedding in Chicago. Before giving the manager (Laura) my pair of pants, I specifically asked her if her seamstress would have time to complete my alterations in time for my trip to Chicago. She assured me that she would. To make a long story short, the pants were not ready to pick up before my trip. I had to buy an identical pair of pants as soon as I landed in Chicago in order to be dressed the same as the rest of the wedding party. Laura Lehaini, the manager told me that she would reimburse me for the additional cost of the pants, which a month later she still has not. I have called her and stopped in a numerous times, but have been given the run around and she (Laura Lehiani) still refuses to return my calls! I am a busy professional with no time to deal with such lazy shady people and suggest that anyone reading this be forwarned!!!

THE BEST!!! I went to this place, even though I read a bad review because it is near by, and I was quoting to have my wedding dress clean. My dress had terrible yellow stains, and I was desperate. I took the dress here and found out the price they quoted was not just fare, but actually low compared to the rest. I picked up my dress today 9/3/13 and it was like new!!! David was amazing, super nice guy. I usually do not leave reviews, but for this place and for the owner David I would run the extra mile, in return, because I feel they did the same for me. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for your kindness, professionalisim, honesty and for doing such a wonderful job with my wedding dress. I greatly appreciate it. Claudia Gutierrez.

If I could rate it less than one star, i would do it. I had to wait almost two weeks for them to find my suit, which it was never found. I had to go there more than one time to follow-up since they had never called me back. At the end they paid me 70 dollars for a suit that costed me 200. I will never go back neither recommend to anyone. Luciana
