They ruined my Burberry scarf. When I picked it up it had shrunk, like if they had put it inside a dryer. When I first complained they kept it and the only thing they did was iron it to attempt to stretch it. When I told them that it wasnt enough they asked for sometime to take it to their third party vendor (yes, they dont do the drycleaning, they outsource). Of course the third party vendor did take responsibility and the owner said he needed some time to go to the Burberry store and check out the original and would call me back. When he never called back, I stopped by the store and he said he had been to the Burberry store and it looked the same to him. It did not. He said the store policy is that they only reimburse 10 times what you paid for the deycleaning, which would come up to $62.50, for a $400 scarf. Even after explaining that it was a $400 scarf he said he could not reimburse more than the $62.50 but he would keep the scarf. It was probably to give it to his wife as a gift, otherwise why would he want to keep my scarf? Basically, I felt scammed and will never go back to this place and recommend that you do not go either!

All I can say is that their rug cleaning service is superior. I had taken a rug thats 10 x 9 - it pretty much fills the entire room - to them after calling COIT and two other very top rated rug cleaners. COIT and the other wouldnt touch it. The third said theyd attempt to clean it but they wont make any promises that the damage wouldnt get worse. And get this, the cost to attempt to clean it would start at $400 and could be as much as $1,000. So basically, the rug as far as I was concerned was ruined and just needed to be thrown out, as I couldnt conceive spending $1,000 with no guarantees. On a whim I tried calling Tahara. The owner asked to see pictures so he could have the rug cleaners assess the damage. The price was right and there was a guarantee that the rug wouldnt get worse - what a relief. Later that week the Tahara owner came out to personally pick up the rug. The rug had to be cleaned twice and as a result it came out beautifully. Years of dog pee and coffee stains on an ivory rug!!! They are amazing and truly kind people, super friendly and relaxed. Happy customer here. I recommend their rug cleaning services highly.

Had to come back three times to have the same shirt cleaned. Even after that the shirt was wrinkled. Dont expect to drop off your clothes at 830 am either, they dont open on time... Seriously, very unprofessional

I have had no issues thus far with these guys. They have been attentive, timely and my clothes come back exactly as youd expect from a cleaners. Thanks very much gents, keep up the good work.
