Dropped off a dozen shirts off on January 9th. When I pick them up one of my new shirts was missing. They told me to give them a few weeks to look for it and they never got back to me. When I stopped by several weeks later they had me file a claim towards the end of January. I called every month and they told me that they would speak with their general manager. It has been over two months and no one has called me or explained how they would rectify my lose. I just moved to Roanoke in December and have used cleaners for years and never experienced this level of poor customer service. This company ignores you and your lose claim. I would not recommend this cleaner to anyone...I have had great experience with the cleaners right next door to them.

I used this Air-Lee cleaner service and it was OK.. nothing very good. I have to admit i cant believe the guy cant even ring up his own sale. I had to help him ring up his own sale on his own system. It was pretty unbelievable. I wouldnt believe it if it had not happened to me. The shirts were done nice however there was sweat spots on my collar, even though the man promised he could remove the sweat rings/ spots. He didnt do exactly as promised but OK job overall. ~jose

I dont know how this guy stays in business at this air lee on Williamson. He couldnt even figure out how to ring me up on his own computer. Other reviews state this and its true. You would think he would know by now. I heard him talking on his phone before I left and he said some horrible things about a customer who had come before me... dont know who he was speaking with on the phone but doesnt matter. You dont talk about your customers like he was.

If one could issue a minus 2 stars! Not just service but smug attitude!Two weeks in a row, shirts not back on time. Just talked to Mark, cant promise Ill get them on time???? Last chance folks! Quit once before because of service, never again! Call Wheelers on Brandon for same day in house service.

Ive been here one time and this man cant figure out how to ring up his own sales on his own computer and then I stood there & listened to him talk to a customer in a VERY disrespectful way. I will NEVER go back! I dont know how he still has any business at all! UGLY NASTY AND RUDE!
