TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE w/MODEL CLEANERS! (located in Collier Town Sq). I was quoted $55 by phone after giving detailed information about my slipcovers (fitted type/style/fabric/etc) and was AGAIN quoted $55 in person while the front desk girl checked them in and counted out all the separate cushion covers. To my surprise, when I went to pick them up, was given a bill for $178! WHAT? This is THREE TIMES what I was quoted! Apparently, the price I was quoted was for one piece slipcover, not the fitted type. I told them I didnt understand how I was quoted for the wrong thing when I dropped them off and the girl actually handled and counted out each separate piece knowing it was not one piece? Obviously this was an error on their end. These are IKEA slipcovers and I can buy them new for $150. I talked to the manager with no resolve and also asked that the owner call me directly, which he never did! They did do a really good job at making me feel like an idiot, like the whole thing was my fault. I feel I was robbed!

I was very much less than impressed with this USC cleaners. Shirts were poorly pressed and incorrectly starched. They are very expensive and play the coupon game - it reduced the bill by 33%! Now wouldnt you feel a bit cheated if you didnt happen to have a coupon that day? Drycleaning is a straight forward type of service - yet here they manage to mess it up with tricky pricing and poor quality. I recommend people avoid this establishment.

Model misled my wife, lost 6 shirts, and would not reimburse me for them. My wife asked them to double check to make sure that the entire order was there, and the clerk informed her that it was. After I discovered that the order was incomplete, Model told me that they could not do anything for me, since my wife had already paid for the order.

i work here. its a great place to get your clothes done & the prices arent bad either. MODEL CLEANERS YAYYYY !! (:
