Ive dropped off dress shirts to be dry cleaned and they are available on or before the day Im told theyll be ready. I seem to always be working w/Lauren who greets me with a smile and a friendly hello as shes readying the computer to receive or ring up my order. She takes the time to apply any discounts or coupons Ive earned. Ive not had a problem with shirts being beaten up, missing buttons, or other issues encountered at other times in other places, nor did I ever have issues when having a high school band uniform cleaned for the years my daughter was in band. Ive gotten what I paid for without any issues...just what I expect, which is why Ill continue using them. Yep...have indeed kept using them.

We have been customers of Owl Cleaners for almost 16 years and have always been very pleased. When we moved from Wexford to Pittsburgh, we were afraid that there wouldnt be any locations close to us but we found the one on Babcock Blvd. The staff there (Tia and Lauren) are great. They know me by name and are always so pleasant and helpful. Keep up the good work !

Took two very nice "spot clean only" comforters to Owl Cleaners. My dog had peed on them and they smelled terrible! Owl cleaners got the smell out and they look better than ever! Very courteous staff and clean, convenient location. Will be using them for all of my dry cleaning needs from now on!
