If i could give the place 0 stars i would. I showed up for my interview dress pants white button up shirt Promptly at the time i was supposed to be there. I dont even meet the guy who told me to be there until 20 minutes later ( the owner/boss appeared to be hungover or stoned i dont know which one he was ) . So we talk he asks me all the basic questions employers ask on an interview then at the very end he asks if i had time to stay and work for a little ( even though i had work later on in the day at my other job i agreed to stay and said yes ) so i stayed for about an hour when only asked to do a half hour. No one stopped me from working a half hour over and i was never compensated for doing an hours worth of work. So i leave and i call back a day later just to follow up and tell them im very interested . They tell me theyre still looking at other applicants and want to do other interviews ( but said he really liked me ) . So i say okay and i wait and call him back a few days later , he says theyre putting hiring somebody to the side so they can get ready for an inspection. ( how do you need to hire someone but push them to the side for an inspection? ) Once again i say Okay and a week later i get a random text at 7 am in all lower case letters "are you still lookin for work?" I say i sure am and get no response . So i call him and he says that his boss , some trashy lady told him to tell me to come in at 7 am the following morning. I arrive at 655am Sharp , ready to go, and the trashy/racist co owner lady looks at me ( clearly remembering who i was from the first time i was there ) and says , yeah can i help you? I say im here for the 7am start . She looks at me and says what do you mean? I said the guy told me to come in today at 7am. She says oh no i just hired somebody this morning, im like Before 7am you hired somebody? I said the guy told me on the phone yesterday to come in , she says i dont know what your talking about. I go on to tell her they run a SHADY horrible business. They have black people on the posters in the windows yet look at us like they seen a Ghost. The reason i bring the race card up is because the first time i was there i seen her send 2 black men out ( for who knows what reason ) but somethin just seems REALLY SHADY about these people, like theyre using people for FREE LABOR and then telling them they dont want them out of nowhere , completely screwing these people over and ruining All of their plans ( job wise and for the day wise ) ... like i said id give them 0 stars if i could. I wouldnt support this company whatsoever if i were looking to get my clothes cleaned. Theres a way to do business and theres a way NOT to do business.

I used to go to Giant Eagle because I just didnt think there could be that much difference in cleaning. I was wrong. WAY wrong. My husbands buttons dont come back missing or cracked, stains that never seemed to come out when I took them in before are gone, my husbands shirts are pressed much better as a whole, and whenever I give them something white to dry clean it doesnt come back gray to me. You get what you pay for. Im glad to have found this place. ps. special thanks to Joyce, customer service goes as long a way as the cleaning

I needed to get some things cleaned last minute for a trip and they were there. I took my clothes in on Saturday morning and got them done the same day. I wasnt able to make it back Saturday afternoon but they were open Sunday and I was able to get my clothes in time for my trip Monday morning. Customer service seems to be dead. Love it when I run across a place that goes out of there way for me.

Martinizing never hesitates to meet my needs! I know that if I need something done the same day I can stop on my way to work and have it ready for me on my way home the same day. As a bonus my drycleaning is always freshly cleaned and pressed and no drycleaning odor or smell.

Came for an interview was asked to come to work the next day at 6 am.I worked 8 hrs just to be told the are accepting applications still. Something seems off..like they use people for free labor ..BEWARE
