After being a steady customer for 10 years I took a shirt back because it still had stains remaining and to retrieve my sons suit pants that he needed for the following day since they werent found when he picked up the other items. I politely asked for a refund for the pants and a tie which wasnt cleaned properly (I was able to remove the stains at home). The owner came shooting out from the back screaming obscenities at us, "Get the f**** out of here and never come back! Youre a f****** loser!" And on and on. Then threatened to beat the "sh**" out of my son when my son argued back and told his employee to call 911. The whole incident was surreal. I felt bad for the poor women employees who were also subjected to his foul language rant. I wish I could give minus stars because one star is way too many.

This Place is HORRIBLE!! I dont know where to start... 1. They told me to pick up my comforter and it wasnt ready on the day they told me. 2. They ruined my $100 comforter by putting a stain in it! No wonder they make you sign a waiver for bed comforters!!! 3. They double-creased all of my dress pants!!! 4. My shirts didnt look or even smell clean 5. It smelled like cigarette smoke in the facility when I walked in. 6. Staff have no personality and are borderline rude! I will NEVER go here again and I will gladly pay more money for the dry cleaners up the road on Rt. 8 for better service!!!

This place is rediculous. They lost my clothing and refused to compensate me for it. The employees are rude and the management is worse. They smoke while handeling your clothing. Your clothes come back smelling like cigarettes. They are not a well-run company. I would never reccommend them to anyone!

Worst cleaners in pgh. The place smells. Your clothes come back dirtier than before you dropped them off. They dont treat the collars on dress shirts, hell I dont think they even use any soap. Pathetic excuse for a cleaners
