Had I just taken my slacks to this place, they most likely would have received a 5. But I took my favorite (and rather expensive) little black dress there as well. When I got back home, I noticed they had stuck giant pins through the dress. I understand this was necessary to hold it out straight, but there were MANY other ways they could have done this, or many other places they could have placed the safety pins. Instead, they chose to use those LARGE safety pins on each side of the dress...so I now have large pin holes on the sides of my dress. No, this isnt a huge tragedy...yes, I will wear the dress again...but it was completely unnecessary. On top of it, when I called about it to inform them of their lack of caring, I spoke to a VERY rude person at first, who handed me off to the manager, who was even ruder. I did not receive a single apology. I wasnt even trying to get money back...I was just informing them of the problem so it wouldnt happen to another customer...and they completely blew me off. So I guess for just a routine cleaning, they do what they are supposed to do...but if you are looking for a place to bring your valued clothes & looking for any kind of customer service, I would certainly avoid this place.

Awful customer service. I was told I could have my shirt pressed today if I could make it there within 10 minutes. It was 9:45 AM. I told her it would be 15 minutes before I could get there. I was told that I could try to make it but we cant guarantee "she will be here." I then said well I am not going to hurry and get over there if you think she will leave. Then she said again well you can try but we cant guarantee she will be here. Now why would I drive 15 minutes and hurry and try to get there if she cant guarantee someone will be there to press my shirt. Its like talking to a brick wall at that place. Get some customer service training.... I would have rather them tell me that they just couldnt do it today. I will never attempt to use this place again for my dry cleaning needs.

I droped off my husbands new dress white millitary uniform and it came back with many Purple/Blue Stains. When I complianed they told me his uniform already had the stains. I assure you they did not because they were NEW and if they had I would not have dropped them off. Because the stains are so bad his uniform is trash now. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CLOTHING!!

Horrible customer service. They do not give you a receipt when you drop off clothes. When you pick up they hand you the clothes through the window instead of hanging up in your back seat! I gave them a second chance- Im done. They do not even say thank you. Smiths Family CLeaners on Folly ROad is the best!

Ive been bringing my clothes here regularly for a year and theyve always been on time and done an excellent job. Many of the 1-star reviews here seem to be over extremely petty things; dont listen to the complainers.

i dont know why they say they are cleaners when they dont actually clean. My shirt came back DIRTIER than when i dropped it off. The staff isnt too friendly, either.
