A disappointed experience: They wont pay when your expensive shirts ruined - We have been using this cleaner over a year. Paid in advance when we dropped the shirts. People were nice until there was a problem. Two weeks ago, there were three shirts had bleach marks all over the top of the collars. We didnt check it since we trusted them, and found out two weeks later. We brought back asking them what happened. They denied that they ruined and shirts and asked us if we brought them to other cleaner, or it has been a while since we took the shirts, did we bleach them by ourselves. It was uncomfortable experience and I started trying another cleaner.

I had a very nice blazer that was ruined after taking it to this place. I expressed my concerns about the diminished quality of the blazer and after several days waiting I received a call from Steve, the owner. He was incredibly rude to me and told me that I should go return my blazer to the store I bought it from because he was not going to give me a refund. I dont know if he was having a bad day but I have never been spoken to in such a condescending manner over dry cleaning. I will never go back and I do not recommend a place with such poor customer service.

Ive been using Duro Cleaners on McKnight Road under Staples because I thought it was my only option to and from work. I never really thought the quality of my shirts was on par with previous dry cleaners, and frankly the staff is always miserable. I stumbled across Dutch girl and thought Id give it a try. Both attendants when I picked-up and dropped-off were extremely friendly! and when i got my clothes back I was blown away at the difference in quality, it looks like my pants and shirts are brand new!

I have been a customer of Dutch Girl for 20+ years. The cleaning products that they use do an outstanding job. They always pick off any left-on lint or animal hair before they bag the cleaned clothes. The owners are lovely and always good to their customers. The employees are also great. Their prices are lower than nearby competitors. If you live in the McKnight Road area, I suggest that you try their service.
