I took a large order in today. The attendant was friendly enough, until she refused to honor the special posted on the company website. She insisted that I needed to present an actual coupon at the time of drop-off. I explained that the special failed to mention, 1) any coupon presentation requirement; and 2) presentation at the time of drop-off. I also explained that I was asking for the coupon/special at the time of drop-off, and that the so-called coupon images were embedded in the webpage. "Do you expect me to bring a printout of the webpage", I asked. She apologized and said I could get the discount if I install "the app". However, she also explained I couldnt apply it it until my next visit. I dont want an app for my dry cleaning. Ill take my business someplace that honors the specials they advertise and doesnt push a dry cleaning mobile app!

I am a tenant of the owner. He does no repairs at all to my property. It takes me legal actions against him to get anything done. All he cares about is rent, for a building that the glass is falling our of the windows. Since I have lived here, every tenant has been evicted. I am just waiting on my turn. So I would never bring any business to them, based on how he treats the people that feed his family.

They charged $150 to clean a rug, it took a month and came back moldy and smelled like urine. They refused any type of refund. They did offer to try cleaning it again but we already had done that ourselves.

Good luck getting your clothes - they close anytime they feel like it!! They just hang a sign on the door when they leave!
