Go there to get my suits, Sportcoats and slacks cleaned but have noticed that my one suit has begun puckering and wrinkling near the armpit...I work in retail on King st and know that this doesnt happen to a suit that has been worn for only a year...sadly i suspect it is from mistreatment at the cleaners...

Said theyd pick up my laundry from work and return the next day. Called to find out where my laundry was. Said theyd bring it in 20 minutes. Then called back to say they never picked it up. Found my laundry still at work. Disappointed.

Just make sure that you LOOK and FEEL the garment or bedspread so that it is completely dry with no NEW markings or stains because unless you check it right there East Bay can always say it wasnt their fault.

Did a good job steaming out my bridesmaid dress! They do their dry cleaning on site so they were able to help me at the last minute!
