Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a dry cleaners. They do not communicate to their customers. In fact they treat you with utter contempt.They say they are high quality cleaners and as a result cost more but they ruin items and then give you the "Im sorry but" line. If I pay more for a product I expect better quality and better service. This business has neither. They may have been around for 20 something years but they certainly havent learnt how to treat customers correctly or provide a quality product in that time.

They arent open after business hours and they arent open at all on Saturdays. This is easily one of the most expensive dry cleaning services in town, yet they dont bother to provide for decent parking for their customers, the staff repeatedly refuse to remember the names and preferences of their customers and they arent open at least until 6:30 so that busy professionals can get to the cleaners to pick up their dry cleaning after leaving the office. Saturday? Forget it. They could care less about you.

Never had a problem like the one star I saw here. Yes, this business has been here, up and running, for not 20 years, but 40! You dont stay in business this long by providing bad business. Ive been using them for 25+ years and Ive had only one mistake that I can remember. Those are pretty good odds id say. Nothing is perfect.
