Take your clothes somewhere else. Not only is the customer service bad, but the cleaning & repair is terrible. I took a pair of jeans there to be repaired, assuming that they would need sewed back together, which is what I explained to the woman behind the counter. Instead, they patched them together using entirely different color fabric, rendering them unwearable and ridiculous-looking. The manager told me over the phone that the pants had to be patched and they didnt have any other colors available. I explained to her that if they had called to let me know, there is no way I would have agreed to the repair. Then they refused to give me a refund. They also did an awful job cleaning a dress shirt, which I have thrown away, and they sewed a friends buttons to his jacket, and sewed the pockets closed in the process. Terrible establishment.

Ive gone to Westmoreland Cleaners several times because their right on my block. But they are one of the worst dry cleaners Ive ever been to. Theyre only open from 9-5 and several times they were closed at noon. In the middle of the work week! Honestly, their motto should should be "Were closed". On top of that my clothes always have a faint smell of smoke when I get them back. Gotta love having a new shirt come back smelling of smoke. Unfortunately their too convenient for me to go elsewhere, but if you have options, use someone else.

They shouldnt even be in business. Not only are they overpriced, the service is poor, and the timeline in which you recurve your items is lengthy. Their seamstress needs to be fired, theyve had my peacoat for 3+ weeks. Im never going back.
