I brought 6 shirts, 4 pants, and 2 ties to hangers. Aside from the fact that all of their services are done at one site ( usually not the site you are dropping off at) i thought i was getting a good deal. I am only able to dry clean my clothing once a week and if my clothing is not finished i have no work clothes. Basically in a nut shell my clothes came back more wrinkled then it was when it arrived there including my silk ties that i payed 5.75 a pice to get cleaned. And one of my shirts was held another day to remove some "staining" that was non existant when the clothes were dropped off. All my shirts came in one back clooars flipped up and creased, ties wrinckled, and starch spots everywhere. I called back to speak with the owner and they asked me to bring the clothes back....i explained to her that i needed to have all my clothes otherwise i would have to go out and but new ones. She did not care at all. i asked for my money back and she refused outright!! Aside from the fact that she barely spoke english!! my wife went back two days later to pick up the shirt with "staining" and the shirt was not in plastic and the girl dropped the shirt in the back seat and said nothing else and walked away....Do yourself a favor...go and spend more money and go to a cleaner world or Lanes( they are wonderful).boooooooooooo

Absolutely the worst. I have been taking my shirts here for 18 months or so. I got past their pricing scam by having them dry clean one of my dark shirts then launder the rest. I would save them up and bring about 25 or 30 at a time. The bill would normally be 30 or 35 dollars or so. recently the quality has gone down. I have had a lot of shirts coming back with messed up plackets where they press them and they bunch up. I took specific care to point this out when I dropped off my latest round of shirts, hoping they would be more attentive. When I picked this round of shirts up, they charged me 54 dollars for 22 shirts, which should have been 30 or less. I said , "Oh well" and paid anyway. I later found that 11 of the 22 shirts had wrinkles and folds pressed into the plackets. I took these shirts back and the lady working at the counter refused to help. Basically said they could do them again but wouldnt refund my money. I had her call the owner/manager lady Sarah, that works out of the North Elm location. She offered to re do them. I explained to her that I do not trust them to do them again. She refused to refund my money. We ended the conversation with them losing a customer. I wish google had 0 stars. Avoid this place at all costs.

I WILL NOT be going back. The company actively engages in very deceptive pricing scam. The big sign in the window says $2.75 per piece… When you carry your armload of suits inside you are told “sorry, that’s only for a scarf, tie or other small items, the cost of a suit is $7.50” BUT…when you I went back the next time, I was told the price was $11.71 for the suit… I pointed out that it was $7.50 two days ago…and I was told “that’s because you had more than 5 pieces last time.“ It would have been nice if I was told that when I dropped off the once suit and now have me feeling like I was ‘just taken to the cleaners…” I paid the money, what else could I do… I stated that for this very reason, I would not be back to their business, and then employee actually stated that she could recommend another cleaner for me… No shame in their game, it was like they have heard it before.

Ive been taking my stuff to them for 7 years. Ive never had a problem with them. Everything was done right and they were always courteous. I took my $400+ kilt to them and they cleaned it perfectly and didnt damage it at all. Not sure what problems the other reviewers could have had.
