Absolutely furious at how a misplaced custom shirt was handled. We dropped off 12 custom shirts and at the first attempt at pickup I immediately recognized a shirt that was not my husbands. The owner seemed dumbfounded with how to handle it so I left until they could find my husbands shirt. Now, needing the shirts I go in for pickup where not only didnt they have no idea where the missing shirt is but offered zero compensation only the remark that " if I remember when I get a free minute then Ill look around" what???? Weve used them for years and stuck with them after the ownership change and now we are done. Do not use this company. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and a custom shirt that is just gone.

PLEASE BEWARE OF SURFSIDE CLEANERS!! They ruin a $300 dress in which they did not give any effort to fix! The owner was a TOOL and very RUDE! I would have to say this is by far the WORST customer service I have ever been given, and sadly it was from the owner. He gave no concern for my dress, his exact words were "oh well". He came up with every excuse of why my dress looked the way it did, but would not state the fact that his company destroyed it!! DO NOT bring any item to this company otherwise the owner will take NO BLAME & will gladly tell you that he could care less about you being a customer.

Albright cleaners gave me a call under an unknown number to tell me I have clothes still there and they will donate them if I dont pick up soon. Ive moved and need their number. The listed number on Google, Yellow Pages and other search engines is incorrect. If someone has their correct number can you please forward it to me. Thank you!!!! Anne

I went to the cleaners in Forestbrook. The woman behind the counter was rude. I dropped off two panels of drapes to be dry cleaned and the ruined my panels. They took out the hem and the lining was longer than the actual fabric. Do not take anything to them.

I dropped off drapery panels to be cleaned they called an hour later and refused to clean them. Their reasoning, to much pet hair!!! Really. I found three others that would handle it no problem. Never going there again .

Ridiculously overpriced. Other cleaners in the area are much more reasonable. I dont see how they are able to stay in business with their high prices!
