I do not use the delivery service so my review is based purely on my experiences with drop off and pick up. The staff is always attentive. I find most times they know your name and get your items quickly. Ive never experienced any issues with lost or damage clothing. Its probably a little more expensive than other places but I like the eco-friendly and local aspect of this business. I would highly recommend for any cleaning needs. They also offer timely monthly specials on cleaning things like comforters, leather, curtains.

If there was a no Star review thats what they deserve...Perhaps the worse Dry Cleaners I have ever gave my business too,They Didnt clean a shirt but Charged me ,they boxed the rest of them horribly and I had to struggle on the phone with them to refund me ...they have one phone number for all locations...Do not get fooled by the colorful Entrance ...it should be ugly gray...I wouldnt give them the time or the day ....HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE OPERATION!!!

We strongly recommend the service of the Urban Valet Dry cleaners, my mom and I both have accounts here for dry cleaning we have also gotten repairs such as new zippers and alterations, Sure the prices are a little higher we are worth it and so is the work they do , this is also a business that gives Veterans discounts. with Erie County Clerks office card

The staff there is friendly, helpful, and do a wonderful job with the items I drop off. I dont know what people are talking about saying "too much money and not worth it" personally I think these people dont know the effort and time heading into the job. Definitely worth the money.

Costs more than twice as much as competitors, mislead me as to what Id wind up paying. They charge almost six dollars for short sleeve button down shirts -- definitely avoid them.

Very overpriced for the quality. Things frequently come back dirty still or with buttons/zippers broken. Steer clear!!
