I had dropped off 2 brand new shirts and one recently worn (new) shirt,to have cleaned and starched. I received 3 shirts back 2 worse than when I left them. One was OK. They told me they would re-clean for free, imagine that, "for free", went back several times and the shirts kept getting worse. They even had them bagged for me to take with no quality control what so ever. They refused to return calls, they admitted they didnt know why they were so badly done ? Really, its a cleaners ! just a brand new shirt. Couldnt imagine leaving something really valuable there ...wouldnt drop off rags to be cleaned..

Horrible service! I took a dress to be altered and they were dishonest with the price! I had to pay way more than what was told to me. Then when I went to wear the dress it still didnt fit. She didnt do anything to it. It took them 3 weeks to get back with me about the issue, we finally had a meeting and they would only reimburse me a small amount. I would advise anyone to find another cleaners!!

Ive been a loyal customer for decades. A few months ago they destroyed my favorite Tommy Bahama shirt. They strung me along for months saying they would reimburse me. Amy says they only issue checks on tuesdays. As of July, I still have not gotten a check or a reply. I think they are going out of business or else business is too good and they just dont need mine anymore.

This is the worst dry cleaner ever. They will damage your clothes and never take any responsibility for it. If you value your clothing and want it to remain in a wearable condition, do not take it here. They have ruined several articles of clothing and despite filing only one claim, they have ignored my claim for 2 months. Not worth it.

Murrysville Cleaners has ruined items of ours on 2 separate occasions. They have refused in both cases to own up to it. Weve actually used them a lot but after the most recent event (they ruined a bed spread) we will now use the services someone with higher ethical standards

I have taken my clothes here for quite some time now and they do a great job. Its also a very friendly atmosphere and they really make you feel welcome. They do a good job at getting stains out too.
