Jackie is great .. She works very hard and does her job well.. They had a couple others there that really cared about what they sent out and worked hard to keep the customers happy and the business going.. The owners are a very nice older couple.. Problem is they both have been having health issues and need to get someone in to help Jackie so they can take care of themselves. Not sure if it is a money issue or they just want something to do but things have been going downhill when they could be doing better than they were before if they just take a step back and hire someone else that actually cares about what they send out like Jackie..

Not happy at all. I brought in 3 pairs of dress pants and 5 shirts. I went to pick up today and only received 2 pairs of pants back. The ticket showed 3 pairs of pants and 5 shirts but they crossed out 5 shirts and tried writing in a 4 to try and make it look like 7 items. When I confronted them over it they had excuse after excuse. Do not go here! Their are nicer more professional cleaners in the area.

This place is disgusting, it smells like an ashtray. My clothes are curretly airing out outside because I dont want my closet to smell. I wonder if the fire dept knows that they smoke in there surrounded by combustable chemicals. No stars but i cant post without one.

Not happy at all with this dry cleaner. Asked them not to starch my silk Tommy Bahama shirt but they did. The chest pocket was creased and the collars flaps shouldnt have been ironed either. Choosing a new dry cleaner.
