On a Tuesday, I dropped off two pairs of pants for alterations with a dress that needed cleaning. The employee who accepted the items said they would all be ready by Friday. I got a call that the dress was ready for pickup on Thursday and the pants would be available Friday at noon. I went to the store Friday, the dress was there but the pants hadnt been picked up from the alterations person. I paid for the dress and left. The following Tuesday, I called and was told my pants were en route to the store and could be picked up that day. I went the following day and my pants had been sent back to the alterations person, as no work had been done to them. Finally, more than two weeks after dropping the pants off for alterations, I received a phone call that they were ready for pickup. I got the items back, altered well, and received a 20% discount for the trouble. I am satisfied with the work that was done, but not with the experience. For alterations that are needed in a timely manner, look elsewhere.

Love them! Ive been going there for two months now. Everything has always came back so nice. Staff is very friendly. I have to drive out of my way to get there but worth it. They are better than the cleaners close to my house.
