Louis Dry Cleaners is a GODSEND! I brought two bridesmaid dresses to Louis after I found out I would be four months pregnant by the time I had to wear them. Other tailors thought he was crazy to even touch the dresses since they required just about every seam to be ripped out to accommodate "the bump." I couldnt believe he somehow altered the dresses to fit. One of the bridesmaid dresses was a very awkward fit: the shoulder straps were too long, the back was too big, the bra cups were up in the shoulder straps, and it had an assortment of misplaced pleats. Surprisingly, he made the dress wearable! Louis and all the women who help him in the shop were very nice, pleasant and professional. He had me come in a couple times to try on the dresses as he worked on them. All told, it cost me under $100 for both dresses. WHAT A DEAL! I will definitely be bringing many more items in, since I like dress shopping online but rarely find a perfect fit.

had taken a few uniforms to get military creased and a pair of work pants that needed to be hemmed. Gave them measurements and another pair of pants that fit perfect. When I picked everything up, realized pants were WAY to short, and shirt creases were crooked (they send the shirts out to get done). I had to take them back nice and early on a sat (only open 8-1) to get them fixed. Louis fixed the shirts no problem, and the pants as much as possible, but theyre still way too short and are going to have to be replaced at my expense. Nice guy, i would recommend having them fit you for alterations and doing the work there instead of sending out.

Nice people, but really bad work. I took my dress to get it cleaned and it was returned to me in the same condition I took it. It looked like they just steamed it. Told me it was stained and couldnt be removed and I explained to them it was only Pepsi but they insisted they did their best but the stains could not be removed. Im not the one to argue or get aggressive so I just paid the $25 they charged me, soak it in the tub for an hour with oxy clean and it was like new again. Then I took it to Connies right up the street and he steamed ironed for me for free. Again, really friendly people, but I definitely would not recommend them.
