Horrendous service and rude people characterized my experience with Snow White. They did not have my clothes done on time, even though I expressed how important it was to get my dry cleaning out on time because I had an important event to attend. Even worse, they didnt call to contact me about their slip-up. I had to keep calling them and they kept providing me with excuses. Worse yet, when I finally went to go pick up my dress to take it to another dry cleaner, I saw the man drop it on the floor. When I got to the next dry cleaner, I noticed dark dirt stains all along the bottom of my dress. I took the dress in to get a deodorant stain out and now I had dirt stains running all along the dress! When I called to complain, the manager tried to say that when I brought the dress in I must have missed the stain! How is that possible?! I think I would have noticed that especially considering me and one of the employees looked over the entire dress looking for any place that needed to be cleaned. When I confronted him saying I SAW him drop my dress on the floor, he tried to play it off. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a dry cleaner and if you value your clothes, dont take them here... I will NEVER go back. I would have been better off not taking in the dress at all... I took it in with a small deodorant stain and got my dress back a filthy mess...

Unprofessional and extremely rude. My clothes were supposed to be done on Tuesday at 5 pm and I waited at the store almost an hour for a delivery that never came. When I went the next day and simply mentioned that I had come the day before the girl was super rude and said that even though they told me my clothes would be done by five, that it was my responsibility to sit at their store until they close waiting for the delivery. To add insult to injury, the price I was charged was more than the posted price and more than I was told it would be when I dropped them off.

Smelly: If you walk into this place, you will notice it smells like a smokers car, and that is exactly what your clothes will smell like for a few days. Not clean: My suits came back with the same (easy to remove) stains, which makes me wonder if they do anything besides removing lint. Wrinkled: I had to iron all of my suits before wearing them. It looked like they were just steemed and left hanging, so they had this odd ripple effect instead of being well-pressed.

I have taken my clothes here weekly for the past month, including alterations. Any concerns with smoke are no longer concerns as the bar that was next door to the dry cleaners is no longer there. Have had fantastic service & quick turn around time. Owner went above and beyond to make sure i received some pants altered for my business trip out of town the next day. DEFINITELY bring your clothes here.

This place is HORRIBLE. They claim to have resolved the smoke issue, but that is not true! My suit reeks of smoke, and I have an interview tomorrow. I just have to hope that nobody notices the stench coming from my clothes. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

So I was happy with the speediness of service. BUT as soon as I lifted off the plastic from my clothes they REEK of smoke. Unacceptable. I now have to pay to take them somewhere else and start all over again. I would not recommend this place.

Ive been using this cleaner for over a year and have never had any issues. A button was missing so they fixed it. Just wish they had faster turn around and p/u. The people are very nice.

Generally very friendly and reliable. Clothes come back on time, smoke definitely isnt an issue any more. Staff and management are very friendly. Would highly recommend.
