I was a customer for several years...not because they did a good job but because of the price. My clothes mostly smelled of dirty dry cleaning fluid and were barely clean and forget about whites staying white. I was told by one of his employees that the owner does not change the dry cleaning fluid because of the cost so its dirty most of the time and he treats all women as 2nd class citizens. The last straw was when they ruined 2 of my tops with pulls plus they were still dirty. When I took them back and spoke to the owner he handed me $20.00 and told me not to come back to his store and that if I have good clothes that need to be cleaned I should take them to Medlin Davis (surely he had to be joking...he was not). When I said the tops were worth much more he gave me $40.00....not even the price of one top. He was extremely rude and acted like this was my fault. My husband ended up going over to have a chat with him. Your clothes leave Dry Clean City on Kildaire Farm road Dirty, Smelly or Ruined. Go someplace else!

Picked up my husbands white dress shirt and when I got to the car I saw that it had brown stains all over the back. It looked like someone had walked with dirty shoes over the back of the shirt. I took it back immediately and they re-cleaned the shirt. The stains were still there, so I had them clean a third time. This time there were still faint stains that the manager said she could not see! And a hole that wasnt there before! They will only pay 10 times the price of the cleaning for ruining the item (stated on a sign above the desk), so I received $18 since I had paid $1.80 for the cleaning. They wouldnt even refund the price of the cleaning. I will not return.

Ruined a very expensive blouse (silk, $200). Heads up that they will only pay $15-25 if they ruin your garment. Not only unwilling to make this right, they did not even alert me that there was an issue. The owner claimed to have tried to remove yellow stains but was unsuccessful. Instead of calling to tell me- or marking it as an issue when I picked it up- I only discovered the issue when I took it out of the plastic to wear it. Very unreasonable to ruin a garment and not offer to replace it! The owner actually told me he should not be cleaning nice garments- that I should take them to Medlin Davis. I certainly will from now on!!!!

I have been going here for about 14 yrs for dry cleaning and just recently took in a dress for alterations. Besides taking a week longer than told, it was a terrible job. The seam was uneven and unacceptable. They refused to give me a refund. The charge was only $11, but when I asked if they would rather lose a loyal customer or $11, they chose the $11. That shows you where their priorities are and I will not be going there again. I work in retail, and in our business, we value customer loyalty.

This cleaners is the best deal in town, both in price and quality! I have been going for the past couple of years and the service has been consistent and clothes come back smelling clean and nicely pressed. We get a variety of different items dry cleaned (sweaters, blouses, dress pants, etc), so $2.50 per garment is a terrific deal. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to try a new cleaners or looking to find a solid discount cleaners in Cary.

I sent an expensive "dry clean only" sweater in for dry cleaning and it came back with a hole in it. The manager said they (1) could not fix it and (2) if they sent it out to be fixed would charge me for the mending. Unbelievable. I will never come to this garbage place again. Terrible terrible customer service.

I have recently started cleaning my clothes here and have been pleasantly surprised by their quality and cost. It is significantly cheaper than my previous cleaners and the quality seems to be about the same. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is trying to save a few bucks without sacrificing quality!

They destroyed a beautiful blouse . Tried to charge me still and would not Repair the damage. It went in great and left in ruins, owner never called and the worker was just nutty. I am baffled at how bad someone can run a business . And the sign says 1.50 outside and inside 2.50 . Humm

I got a pair of suit pants cleaned here this summer. Just pulled them out for my son to wear them today and they still have dirt on them...look like they havent been cleaned at all. Now its too late to return them. Wont go back.
