This is my first time ever writing a review in regards to a company. I will be honest, I was unsure how my experience was going to go. I had done some research online for a good Dry Cleaner in my area and I found Medlin-Davis. It was a bit of a drive for me but I felt it would be worth it if they did a great job. I took a Bridesmaid dress in to get cleaned. I had bought it used due to the fact my sister happened to pick a dress that was no longer available through the Manufacturer. I took it to Medlin-Davis and wasnt expecting my dress to come back in the condition it did. It looks brand new, never worn! So needless to say Im very pleased not only with the experience I had with this company but the fact I wont have to tell my sister I bought the dress used, lol! Thank you so much!

I took my items there one time and my vintage blazer was destroyed. All the colors bled. Afterwards I noticed a small tag inside the blazer that said to hand wash cold only. I wished I had noticed sooner, or the person cleaning the item had noticed. They were nice and professional about it, and paid for the item to be replaced. Unfortunately since the item was vintage, I cant exactly find the same one. I might try them again with an item I know can be dry cleaned.

I think Medlin Davis Dry Cleaners is the best. I had problems with my last dry cleaners but have used Medlin consistently for about 3 years now. They are so cordial, helpful, do such a good job! They have extra services that I love and little discounts along the way. I am close to 60 years old now and I think that Medlin has been the best in all my years, And I dont personally know anyone who works there. Thanks, Medlin!

I have used Medlin Davis for about 4 years. I think they are a little bit expensive but I have been pleased with their service. When they make mistakes or there are issues, they work hard to correct the mistake or make it right. I do think they spend a lot of time focused on customer satisfaction.

The clothes are always cleaned and pressed to perfection and ready when promised, either on hangers or folded but the real reason we continue to go back is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. With no exception, they are all top rate representatives of your company.

Medlin- Davis offers phenomenal pick up and delivery service. They are always on time and do a wonderful job with our professional attire. Did I mention there is no additional charge for the twice a week delivery? It is wonderful!
