I have used them for over four years now and they have always been polite and professional with me. I have had one item that was damaged during the cleaning process and they were more than helpful in correcting their mistake. I dont know the person who gave them one star, but from reading their review it appears as though they are looking to blame someone else for their mistake. Yeah, they try to look for things in your pockets... but at the end of the day you know it is your responsibility as well to check yer own dang pockets. They are trying to backstop you, not give you an out to be lazy. I use this dry cleaners 2 -3 times a month, and have done so for many years... and I think that they do a very good job.

I was told they checked pockets for items left in pockets. Used them for about a year. Everything was good. Last batch of shirts I took had 3 different shirts ruined because something was pressed in pocket. Was told it was my fault and they would not stand behind their work and they remembered something got pressed in pocket but they bagged everything like there was nothing wrong and didnt tell me. They just let us go to use shirts and find the damage. They were always polite and helpful but cant use them anymore because they wont take responsibility for their mistake and didnt even tell me about it when I picked my dry cleaning up.
