Worst service ever! Second bad experience!! Definanetly my last time using them!! I went to pick up my dry cleaning on the day & time stated on my receipt. The young lady said, it was not there yet that it was on its way & for me to come back in 30 mins. I ran an errand & went back about 45 mins later. It still was not there! I needed the blouse for the next day. I waited in my car for about 30 more mins. I finally picked up my item & noticed how wrinkled the blouse was!! It looked like it had not been cleaned at all!! I mentioned it to the young lady. She said, she didnt know why it looked like that & gave me the name & number of the owner. I called & left a message. Its going on 2 weeks & I still have not heard back from her. The first time they ruined a dress & blouse. They kept sending my items back to try & remove the spots that they put on my clothes. They kept my items for over a month. When I finally got them back they still had some spots( but not as bad). I regret giving them a second chance!!

wish I had read reviews first. Just picked up our clothes. Two jackets returned saying they needed to be washed, but as they are dryclean only, that cant be done. That was the explanation. It appears my sons suit pants were only pressed as they are still dirty (some splatters from a dinner, I have started removing them using a slightly damp cloth, which is working well so not a difficult stain) My husbands suits look to be pressed only as the one stain (unknown cause) on the shoulder is still there.

Had really bad experience. I needed my jacket and shirt cleaned up that I can wear it for Saturday. So I went to this cleaners on Monday to give them my cloths. This lady told me the cloth will be ready Wednesday. She was on the phone and get my cloth at same time, had hard time to communicate. I went to pick it up on Friday, she told me the cloth needs more work and get ready by next week of Monday. and she was blaming me to not to asking the right cleaning service for it. Just awful.

One star is generous. This place is TERRIBLE. They wont tell you this in advance, but they GLUE a label to your garments. One of my suits has several labels glued to it. I should also add that a few of these labels are in visible locations, effectively ruining the suit. They also ruined multiple ties by over-pressing them(they were returned to me with permanent creases and burn marks). Trust me, go elsewhere. I will never take my dry cleaning here again.

This is not MAYBERRY! I do not want to walk up and find a note on the door telling me you will be back later! I have used this cleaners my last time - still trying to pick up suits - hoping to not find a note on the door today! I have found a note 3 times in past two months - It is just convenient for us or I would have not gone back this last time! Give this location to someone who wants to do business!

I went to pick up my dry cleaning today...turns out they "DONATED" MY DRY CLEANING. OVER $300 WORTH OF CLOTHES! NEVER ONCE DID THEY CALL TO LET ME KNOW! I am reporting them to BBB right now. I cant believe this business is in a respectable shopping center like Tryon Village. I will tell my entire community about this awful experience. Such a shame. Worst experience with a dry cleaner ever in my life.

I called early on Saturday asking what time the store closed. I was told 5PM. I arrived at 4:45PM and the lights were turned off and no one was in the store. Then I went back on Monday at 7:15AM (the sign outside says it opens at 7AM). Again, all the lights were turned off and no one was in the store.

Clothes arent ready when they say it will be. I hate that they glued labels on my clothes that arent able to come off. Over pressed pants with marks on them. Not coming here ever again.

I havent experienced what others are posting about (not yet at least). They are charging $1 for a dress shirt right now. Cant beat that!
