I decided to try a new tailor and cleaners because I had heard good things. I brought in several pants to be hemmed only and some dry cleaning on a Monday. They said the work would be done by Thursday, then called Wednesday morning to say it would not be done till the following Monday. I offered to pick things back up because I needed them that weekend but they said they could not do that. When I finally got my clothing back the hemming was poor quality and different pants were different lengths! Everything (even my jeans) had been dry cleaned even though I asked they not be. The final straw was the price. I paid three times more than at other places for worse quality work and horrible customer service. NEVER AGAIN!

Great experience. It took under 1 minute to drop my clothes off and under a minute to pick them up. The worker was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I would recommend Medlin-Davis to all my friends It is now March 8 and I still love the service and quality I get from using Medlin-Davis as my cleaner. In particular, there is an outstanding young man named Jonathan in the Apex store that is incredibly efficient, nice and respectful. I was out of the store in about 45 seconds with a smile and a see you next time. I will definitely continue to go to Medlin-Davis based solely on my experience with Jonathan. I cannot say enough good about my experience with Medlin-Davis. In the past, I have sent my cleaning and laundry to several different cleaners. In each case, everything went well until there was a problem. Then the cleaners was unhelpful or not available to address my concerns. Not so Medlin-Davis. I have only had one instance when something was wrong; however they addressed it in a timely ,complete manner. I also appreciate the courteous manner and professionalism with which I am greeted. For someone looking for a cleaner, it only costs a little more to go first class and Medlin-Davis is it!

I dropped of a dress on Friday to be pressed. I was told that it would be ready to pick up on Monday at 5pm. At 5:15 on Monday, I showed up and they couldnt find the dress. The lady in the store called someone at the distribution center who also could not find my dress. They told me to come back tomorrow to pick it up. Hopefully they didnt lose it and it will actually be ready tomorrow. I would not go back here for anything. The clerk was not even apologetic when she could not find my dress.

I have always enjoyed my experience at Medlin Davis (Lake Pine) but today I was in a rush to get some things cleaned for a trip. Although I was only there 15 minutes prior to their truck getting there, the employee (Sarah I think) sorted my drop and made sure it made it onto the truck so I could get my shirts done SAME DAY! Awesome service and thought it deserved a shout out! Also, I will be emailed when they are ready!

Dropped off a brand new black shirt to get it pressed. They said it needed to be dry clean, they dont just press. I got the shirt back when they said, but I made the mistake of not checking it at the store. When I went to wear it, it was covered with white stains and lint. It was a brand new shirt that didnt even need cleaned.... Never going back.

Weve used Medlin-Davis Cleaners for many years and have always found them to be prompt and efficient with great customer service. We work with Brett Allan for special requests (e.g., dry cleaning vs washing a king size bedspread) and he has always been friendly and courteous. In addition, we appreciate their pick up and delivery service.

I make use of the home pick up and delivery. Each Monday and Thursday a driver picks up my bagged cleaning. They are cleaned and returned on the following delivery day. The service is very convenient and I am happy with the results.
