This place was my go to for my first few months living in the area... Lots of uniform cleaning... But one day i went to pick up my uniform jacket and one of the patches was falling off... Then the other was loosened. I brought it to thier attention. The man who claims to be the manager "jimmy" said " it must have been like that when i came..." I told him it wasnt... I asked him what he was willing todo? Can they fix it? He said sure "but you pay". I asked why should I pay ? And aske why he was so rude to me when i had been a faithful customer ? He said fine leave it here... I said I needed it Monday ... And I asked for a refund of the service at least... He said no...I asked him if he cared if he lost the customer... He said "NO". SERVICE MEMBERS DONT TAKE YOUR STUFF HERE. I was blessed that the base was willing to fix my coat on the spot for $30 ... But honestly the cleaners caused the damage they should have fixed it or at least refunded my service. Ill find another cleaners but wanted folks to know. I was not loud or rude to him... Race may have played a role, but honestly the service issue is bad enough.

INEXPENSIVE AND they are thorough when they dry clean your clothes. I travel from OLD TOWN ALEXANDRIA to have my dry cleaning done here. When they put on the dry cleaning tag, they always put it on the clothings tag or in a nondescript area like by your pants zipper. Ive had other dry cleaners pin or STAPLE the tag directly to the front of a shirt! Rare bad experience: I had an iron mark on an expensive suit. It discolored the fabric. I brought it back and HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY DID IT, but they removed that mark! Dry cleaning here costs $1.99 per garment whether you spilled anything on yourself or not. Great job guys!!!

The best place, I have found, for dry cleaning in many many years. Most of the staff is courteous and pleasant. A few of those young girls are just downright nasty but I do not hold it against the establishment. They do very good work at a very reasonable price. Just remember, if you want crease in all your pants, do not assume they will do it automatically. Tell them.

My go-to place for dry cleaning. Inexpensive and excellent work. If they feel like they cant get a stain out they tell you up-front. Treat the people behind the counter with respect and theyll go the extra mile for you.

They shirts have recently been coming back with broken buttons every single time I got there..... When I ask for the buttons to be replaced the thread is a completely different color

Really bad! they break all buttons on shirts! I hate this place you get what you pay for $2....... break all the buttons off a $40 sweater.....
