I have been a Brothers Cleaners customer for many years. I am a delivery customer and my personal contact at Brothers is Larry Barlow. Larry makes my experience with Brothers five stars. I have had a few issues with my cleaning over the years (nobody and no business is perfect), but Larry always has addressed and fixed my problems promptly and courteously. He clearly cares about his customers and about what he does. One example: Larry always gives a treat to our dog Fin when he comes by and someone is home. That would be nice enough, but the other day, he had already visited our home to drop off cleaning and drove by my wife who was walking Fin in our neighborhood. Larry stopped and pulled over so that he could get out and give Fin his treat. This just shows what a nice person Larry is. He also is very good at making sure that his customers get the best service. Brothers as a whole has this kind of person working for them. I have never spoken with anyone who wasnt friendly and helpful. The owner has even called me a few times when I had issues just to make sure that I was satisfied with Brothers service. This is a very classy company and I am a happy customer.

I had my wedding dress preserved there and the service was mediocre. Everything seemed great when I dropped off my dress and talked to Aggie. I was told the process took about a month, at three weeks in I went to view the garment prior to boxing and there were stains that were not removed. They redid it and when I came back the next day the stains were mostly cleaned up. However, they never called me to let me know when my dress was ready to be picked up. At seven weeks, I called to ask and was told it had been ready to be picked up. When my husband went to get it, the dress was boxed in a solid cardboard box, I was told it would be in a box that had a viewing window (it also says it on their website.). How can anyone actually tell if they are picking up the correct dress?? For $200, for a dress that didnt have any problems or visible stains when dropped off, Im disappointed with the service.

I used to manage the Six Forks location. I would NEVER leave my clothes there! I have seen so much loss, theft and general lack of care. Once your clothes are placed in one of the untrained, (because they are not given time to train properly and are hired and fired on a whim) high school students hands they may be gone forever. The day manager is extremly unprofessional in appearance and manner. I would not even use this company on my resume! They are also very prejudiced, in so many ways. I seen more discrimination in that place than I have my whole life. Against anyone of color and against age! Sad!!! Good Luck!

Ive been using Brothers Cleaners for over 10 years and my clothes always come back super clean.They always have excellent customer service. The staff goes above and beyond to help. They lost a garment of mine once and another time a shirt got damaged on accident.That being said I understand mistakes happen but Brothers Cleaners went above and beyond to keep me as a customer.They gave me a store credit for my damaged item (which for most dry cleaners is unheard of ).I highly recommend this north hills location.The morning manager AGGIE has been there as long as I can remember and she always takes great care of me.

Nothing to say except they are "The Very Best"!!!!! I always know that I shall not be concerned about my dry cleaning whenever I drop clothes off!! I always use the North Hills location and Aggy and Percy ALWAYS give me perfect assistance and are ALWAYS so kind and gracious and pleasant to me!! I would always go by Brothers just to have an opportunity to speak with them!!!

I have never used them before but I only took two things there. It was suppose to be ready on Tuesday but I couldnt get there till Thursday. I got one of my shirts but my nice coat they said must have fallen off the hanger! What does that mean! They said they would try to find it and call me back! How absurd! I will never use them again!

Great in and out experience. Kind of hard to get a hold of the tailor. Although he was there when I called and he waited till 5:30 like I asked. If you drop off at another location, they can send it to another location if you need too. I like the email receipt when your clothes are ready. Keep it up.

The drive in service at Brothers Cleaners is both fast and efficient, not to mention the employees are courteous. The prices are reasonable, as well, so getting the laundry done with this establishment is a quick in-and-out without worry.
