HATEFUL, LIARS and BIG TIME RIP OFF DONT GO HERE! Groupon had a offer going for this cleaner, it was a great deal so I decided to take my comforter there to have it cleaned- I took it on a thursday around lunch got a quote. I told the lady at the counter I had a groupon and she said thats fine to bring it back upon pickup- I asked her how long it would take she said how fast do you need it i said as soon as possible so she said might be on Saturday if it is she would call me... If not then Monday- I left ~ Then On Saturday I was out that way so I decided to call the gentlemen that answered the phone couldnt find my ticket at first he looked it up again and found it, he said when was it promised I said Monday I was just calling to see if it was ready-- He said NO its NOT ready in a very hateful tone I said alright then... but then when I came on Tuesday morning to pick it up he brought it out-he said it would be 29.98 I proceeded to hand him the 20.00 groupon he said no you have to give it to us at drop off... I explained to him that I did and what she told me he said That I was too much trouble I kept quiet at this point he got the woman on the phone & was shouting and yelling with her and then he wanted to give the phone to me I told him I was NOT going to argue with someone that was not the manager and I couldnt believe he was treating me like this, He said bring it back next time I said I WILL NOT be coming back next time-- The Place is FILTHY, they dont even have heat... Nor do they even dry clean your clothes properly I came home to find that my comforter had MY hair still on it, lint all over it and it did NOT smell clean what so EVER-- I will be contacting the BBB and Other agency to get the word out about this FRAUD going on ! Please dont waste your time or hard earned money here they are HATEFUL, do NOT care about there customers and do NOT even clean your items

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I never rate places but was so mad that I had to figure out how to!! Horrible Service!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! I took a white Ralph Lauren Shirt with a blue badge here to be pressed(Not Cleaned) but they still managed to ruin it!! They totally turned my badge to a different color. looks like they bleached it and the shirt was just supposed to be pressed. I mean how do you ruin that. The worst part is they tried to pass it off like i dropped it off the way it looked. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!! and to top it of they charged me $6 for pressing a shirt. My shirt was ruined first of all and then when speaking to the owner, he literally HUNG UP ON ME!! I went there in person and this guy asked me to leave despite them not responding to the letter i had sent them about ruining my shirt. and requesting a refund for it. He told me they will respond to my letter via mail by June 1st which was the deadline i gave them , this is June 2nd and i have not received any response from them.After reading about their self proclaimed "attention to great customer satisfaction" I was so surprised to find such disgusting service. You could not pay me to go back there! Spend your money at a place that will actually try and help you if they ruin your clothes. Deluxe cleaners does not value you. The guy had the nerve to threatened to call the cops on me if i do not leave their property as i demanded that i get a resolution to my ruined shirt. Disgusting! by the Way i still have not heard from them.

I went to this cleaners for several years and just stopped going there. while the workers were nice, the owner was totally unpleasant and downright rude any time he was there. I fired them as my cleaner a few weeks ago when the owner interrupted the worker who was ringing up my bill and insisted that I now had to pay extra for each of my shirts, above the listed price, because my shirts are fairly small. Again he was totally rude about it, as if I had done something wrong. He said from now on I would be paying a premium because it was harder for them to iron my small shirts.and there was nothing advertised anywhere that smaller shirts would cost more. What a terrible face to the public. In a consumer world where we have choices I dont need that hassle. on to the next cleaner who will not insult me because I have small clothes.

Bought a suit while traveling in Europe and declined to get it tailored by the store in favor of coming here. Have come here for my tailoring and dry cleaning needs since I moved to the state about five years ago and couldnt recommend it more highly. Owner checked the material for me, gave me a detailed explanation on how the tailoring was going to look, and even let me pick up the suit in Chapel Hill, which was more convenient. Very professional, quick, and high quality work.

Extremely rude and dishonest people! I dropped off my husbands pants to be tailored and did not ask for them to be dry cleaned, when we went to pick the pants back up they added $25 to the bill for dry cleaning that I did not ask for. Then he lied to my husband saying I did ask for them to be dry cleaned. What an unethical way to do business, adding money onto peoples bill for items they did not request. Never coming back here.

Great Dry Cleaners, has been around the triangle area for many years. I originally went to the one in Raleigh, however, because I moved to Durham I started to come to this location. Great quality and price is reasonable, next day service is amazing! They have been able to take out stains that never seem to be able to come out elsewhere. Will definitely be coming back.

I found the owner to be rude. The employees dont seem to be happy and act as if they are powerless when you bring up even a minor request. they only take prepay. I went in a few times to inquire about shoe repairs, and each time the person raised the price. I took my business to a cleaner about two blocks away and the experience has been much better.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS!!!! Dropped off 13 shirts. Received 12 back. Although 13 shirts were counted by me and counter clerk and written on ticket, the owner accused me of lying and said I only dropped off 12 shirts. Shirt is less than a year old, but she said if she did believe me she would only preimburse me half of value due to depreciation.
