Horrible customer service. Item was delivered as promised but the cost went from $9 each to $14 each without explanation. When I winced at the cost and inquired as to why it cost so much when others in the area charge $4-10 for unlined dresses -- the man asked me rudely if I wanted him to charge me more. Not sure if he was being passive aggressive or truly taunting me -- but it was not like I was in a position to argue when they didnt write out the amount on our paperwork and he had my dresses!! I tried to explain I got these dresses 90% off ($10 for one and $15 for another) and as a value-seeker; I would never agree to pay more than I paid for the dresses to dry-clean them. My husband happened to stop by here thinking it would be convenient but NEVER again. The service itself was on time and acceptable in terms of quality but not worth the price or the harassment.

Recently we sent all of our winter clothes to Village Cleaners on Maynard Road. When we picked up the order, we were pleasantly surprised when we found all our wool and cashmere sweaters in moth proof bags even though we had forgotten to request moth proof bags. We find this to be thoughtful and professional. Thank you VC!

Expert dry cleaning business. I have been taking my clothes to Village Cleaners for years. Their customer service staff are excellent and I always can count on my clothes cleaned very well. Village Cleaners is a great value for the money. I highly recommend them.
