I have been using Tide for about 6-7 months. When I consider all of the services I have received, posative and negative experiences and factor in what they offer that their competitors dont I rate it 5 stars. The back to black service is simply remarkable in how it can take faded out black pants and restore them to almost new. But dont expect that theyre going to process them immediately when they get them. They accrue them for a week then do a bulk batch. In retrospect think about it like this the clothes are on their way to the garbage anyway. Waiting a week for them to come back to almost brand-new... give them a week you wont be sorry. Sometimes my whites return to me with fuzz on them. Sometimes the creases arent lined up the right way. Sometimes they dont get all the stains out. When I dont agree with the result I can call in or bring it to their attention on the spot and they will resolve it. Usually by remediating it and then by refunding or no charge for the next visit. In fairness everything I mentioned in this paragraph happenes and every other dry cleaner in the world. They all address it the same way. In our area the big difference is that you are standing in the plant that is able to fix it right then and there. It doesnt have to go off and come back. Speaking of that you can pick up your laundry 24 hours a day. Nobody offers that! It is for real it works I picked up my shirts at 3:00am once. One day the conveyor caught my clothes and dumped them off. I called the number on the machine and the manager (Chris) answered the phone and came out within 20 minutes and helped me to get my clothes out of the machine. This was 9:30pm on the evening before Thanksgiving. I work in customer service in my opinion this store shows propensity to try and do do right by its customers. The biggest detractor is an occational training disconnect and the employee responds defensively. That will work itself out over time. They have something great its going to get even better.

We brought a light blue jacket to be cleaned and when my wife took jacket out of the plastic sleeve, there was a pale red stain on it. I brought it back and had a call from someone who said she had checked it and it was a fresh red wine stain. she said she could smell the wine. My issues with this are: my wife does not drink red wine and was not around anyone that had red wine. The stain was not on there when we turned it in. If they had really cleaned it, would you still be able to smell the odor of fresh red wine? I would not think so. They did clean it for free, which was appreciated but i was very concerned that something was spilled on it by an employee and now they were trying to cover it up. We then brought a cream colored jacket of my wifes in to be cleaned. When we picked it up. it had four stains on it that were not there before. If the service and the cleaning were of sufficient quality to warrant the prices, I would not complain about the prices. However to charge a high fee and send the clothes back to the owner with more stains on it than when they were delivered into their care, is untenable. We will not return to Tides Dry Cleaners

The staff is very friendly when they come to the car to pick up and deliver your items. However, the owners Tim and Chris could use a lesson in customer service. They advertise that you can pick up your items 24/7 however, the kiosk has been down twice when I tried to retrieve my items. In addition, I had to return a shirt because the collar was still dirty and when sharing this with Tim, he was more concern with meeting the next day readiness instead of meeting the next day service with clean garments. They also advertise "done right or its free", they never offered me anything for not being able to get my clothes out of the kiosk nor my money back for the shirt they had to redo.

I have been using this dry-cleaner almost exclusively since they opened in 2015. I have lived all over the U.S. and their quality in every aspect including the store, the technology for after hours pickup, the friendly employees, and the care that is exhibited in how the garments are cleaned and packaged is among the best I have experienced. The cost is far from rock bottom, but quality always costs more in all things. I would love to see some exclusive price discounts for loyal customers that are automatically offered in my account, rather than my having to remember to bring in coupons on certain dates, etc.

It feels silly to write a review for a dry cleaners shop, but I have had such good experiences that I feel I must. This place is great! First of all, the staff there is incredibly nice and welcoming. I pulled up to the door to avoid snowy slush, and the lady working the desk actually came out to me and told me to stay in the car--shed bring my stuff out to me! Now thats service! My clothes look great, and the prices were actually reasonable. Well, except for my wedding dress. I would give them 5 stars if wedding dress cleaning wasnt so pricey. But thats pretty much true of any cleaner from what I can tell...

I heard about this Tide Dry Cleaners from a friend and decided I would stop by with a few items I needed done. I was impressed when I pulled up to the front of the store and the employees in the front took amazing care of me with their car service! When I picked up my drycleaning on the SAME day, they were happy to have me back and my clothes looked amazing! I will definitely be using this dry cleaners again and would recommend this store to anyone looking for a friendly atmosphere and high quality service.

I called ahead to see if laundry service was available and was told there was on Wednesdays. When I went into the store, there were 3 people there, none of whom were friendly or helpful The "manager" was downright surly and acted put out that I would expect such a thing. He said he had to call someone and muttered, "she needs to quit doing this." Plus, his hair and clothes were a mess...I guess he doesnt get laundry service, either.

We have taken our clothes to be dry cleaned at Tide ever since their grand opening. Our clothes have always been handled with care, and come back clean and impressive looking. We like that this facility launders our clothing in an environmentally safe manner! Although it is a bit far from where we live, it is worth the drive!

Was worried about an old stain on my favorite linen dinner jacket .i was told it would not be s problem , and would be no extra charge . When I got it back I couldnt believe how nice it looked ! It really needed a cleaning !! I couldnt even see where the old coffee stain was .

New dress was dry cleaned and the color ran. Manager called and told me about it and promised to try to fix it by mixing up some sort of stain remover, or replace it. Whatever they did worked but I appreciate their communication and great customer service
