Being new to the area, I have been asking neighbors and co-workers for a good dry cleaners and alteration place.My mother worked at a dry cleaners for 30 years (I did also for 4 summers) and she did professional alterations for them also~ so I was kinda picky lol... Gi-Ro was recommended probably 9 out of 10 times! So I took my husbands Carhartt coat in for a new zipper. It was ready in less than a week, and it was perfect ! The girl at the counter was VERY knowledgeable and was concerned about the gauge of the zipper and had a gentleman come and speak to me about it. He showed MORE concern about the extra $4 for a super heavy duty zipper than I did ! It was a GREAT price and excellent work !! VERY IMPRESSED !!! A ++++ I will be dropping a lot more off after I get back from vacation !!!!

I took a big leap - having never used a tailoring service ever, I chose this place on my first try, to do my WEDDING DRESS! She was AMAZING! Hemmed the length to JUST right, and took in the top - it fits like a glove!! The staff were all so sweet, I had to give the seamstress a hug before I left! It was done in two weeks and SO reasonably priced! The place had several recommendations from other ladies at my work, and I can see why! I dropped off some pants and shorts which I know will come back perfect! I love that they have email notification, its so convenient for this day and age - no listening to voicemails or getting calls at awkward times of the workday!
