Customer service is unacceptable. They are rarely able to remove any type of stain. And youre lucky to actually get your clothes back. This was a reliable, quality dry cleaner for years, but recently has taken a turn for the worse. They lost several very valuable items of clothing of mine. This same week they "lost" items for several of my friends as well. They would promise to contact me regarding lost items, yet never did. It required me calling or going into the store. I would not trust this dry cleaner with anything. They have a problem with "mis-placing" items and then offering to reimburse you for half the original value. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of dry cleaners in Raleigh; no need to gamble with this one.

SHAMELESS RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!! I brought in 10 regular mens button-down shirts. The lady at the counter said it would be $2.58 per shirt ( I even called ahead of time to check the price before I brought them in). The order should have been a little over $25. When I came to pick up the order, it was $52! I asked why it was over twice as much, she said the shirts were the kind that had to be hand pressed. I said, "Why didnt you tell me this when I dropped them off?" She said, "I didnt really notice that they were those kind of shirts." I complained, but my only choice was to pay or leave the shirts behind. Totally ridiculous! Buyer beware.

The prices are really expensive, but I still went because they were right by my house. When they returned my clothes, they gave me someone elses dress - very unprofessional! In addition, they still have one of my dresses, which they spilled something on and assure me theyre keeping it longer to get it cleaned, but its been two weeks since they said that and I think theyre just delaying telling me that they ruined it! Im going to go somewhere else next time even if it does mean driving out of my way.

Wow, what a mess they made of a handmade silk bed cover. I will never take anything to this place again. They told me they would hand wash it! Yeah, they threw it in a machine, i could have done this myself. Then they gave it to me in a bag, wrinkled and a mess! They dont know what they are doing. They didnt even steam or iron the bedspread. I could cry! If you value the item, dont take here.

They did a beautiful job dry cleaning my hisbands suite and pressing his dress shirts. i sincerely appreciate the quality of service they provide, but the prices are a little steep. They charge $9.00 to dry clean a plain ladys shirt. They gave me an estimate of $23 to hand wash my six year olds dress that has a few sequences sewn onto he skirt.

Medlin-Davis did a great job dry cleaning my husbands clothes. They offer monthly deals, which really help cut down on the cost, and they offer coupons on pick-up that you can use the next time, that make it super affordable. They clean the clothes fast as well. Im pleased!

First time using this cleaner, and we will not be back. My husbands dress shirt looks worse than when we took it there. I wish I could post pictures, but it is so wrinkled in spots it almost looks like they melted parts of it. Why would anyone think this is acceptable?

Easy intake process for new customer. When I picked up clothes, the clerk quickly added me as a loyalty customer and updated with my first orders points. She explained the loyalty program. I felt like a valued customer. I will return and use these services again.

Reliable. Work is done well and on time. I like the email reminders telling me price and when to pick up. Gayle takes time to get to know her customers. My dogs always appreciate the biscuit Gayle or a staff member gives them when we drop-off or pick-up items.

Great folks at the Kildaire Farm, Cary store that I use! One continuing concern: shirt collars come back wrinkled often enough that Ive come to reluctantly expect it. Very disappointing - especially when it is a white, dress shirt!

I take my best clothes, cashmere sweaters to Medlin-Davis. They carefully fold the sweaters with tissue paper. The lady takes your clothes and gives them back to you is pleasant and most accommodating.
