THE WORST!!! NEVER GO HERE!!! dear god help us that they are still in business. NO customer service. I took 3 formal dresses 2 weeks ago to have some spots removed ( 2 prom and 1 bridesmaid). IT was $118 for 3 dresses. Ridiculously overpriced. Spots were gone however on one of the dresses the appliques were coming unglued. thats not the worst part. On my $500 Sherri Hill dress 4 long holes were in the bodice after cleaning. WHAT?! YES. Looked like a cat scratched it. Then they wanted ME to pay for them to alter no. No freakin way. Its been two weeks and I still dont have my dress back. I cannot believe these people are still in business.

STAY AWAY>>>>>These guys were supposed to do a simple jacket adjustment. Worst experience ever. A. They didnt do it correctly. B. When asking how much it would be upfront and they told me they didnt know. I come to find out that one seem adjustment is 35$. I have been to other taylors many times and at most that would be 15 dollars. C. I ask my money back because it wasnt right and they offer me nothing. They offer to fix it, but at this point I would rather go to someone I trust with an expensive jacket. They offered me nothing for my problems, wasted time, and incorrect work.

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. STAY AWAY! For years theyve been breaking buttons left & right. They take advantage of us instead of giving us discounts even though our bill is 100$ + every time we go in there. Lately they broke more buttons, not only did they not replace them after saying they would, but when I got the shirt back all remaining buttons were broken?! I guess they charged me for hand press, but didnt. TAKING OUR 300$ OF MONTHLY DRY CLEANING ELSEWHERE!

They damaged 3 of my silk shirts and telling me that I damaged them. Dont ever do business with them. They are incompetent and have no ethics. Stay away.
