PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE Do not take your St. John Knits To Arrow Cleaners. The Boss knows nothing about blocking, Taking measurements before cleaning, and blocking the garment with steam to make sure that the garment is returned With the same measurements that you Turned your St John garment in with. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE Learn from my headache and dry cleaning night mare. The Boss did not take prior measurements, and when garment was returned with arm length 2 inches too Short, the Boss actually accused me of Buying the wrong size St John jacket. Blocking is an essential factor in maintaining your St John Knit wardrobe. Luckily, I can still save my St John garment by taking it to Low Country Cleaners on Rutledge Avenue. Lowcountry Cleaners specialize in working with St John Knits. They know all about the blocking process, and how important it is too take measurements of the St John garment before it is cleaned, so that your St John garment will be returned to you with the same measurements that you dropped your garment off with. Rest assured. It is no wonder that Lowcountry Cleaners won The Best Cleaner Award. They know what they are doing. They are very professional, AND they Specialize in St John Knits. So, instead of being out of hundreds of dollars from Arrow Cleaners lack of knowledge in how to handle St John Knits, I am only out about twenty dollars, because, of course, the Boss at Arrow Cleaners told me that I was lying, it was not their fault, and would not reimburse my money. Thank God for Lowcountry Cleaners! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE Learn from my mistake. Do NOT take your St John Knit garments to Arrow Cleaners. Take your St John Knits to a dry cleaner that specializes in working with St John, and knows all about the blocking process. Lowcountry Cleaners on Rutledge Avenue is where you need to take all of your St John Knit garments. I really hope that my nightmare with Arrow Cleaners has saved somebody from making the same mistake that I did. If only I knew before hand...

Due to location I have only taken specialty items for cleaning. I couldnt have been happier and was totally pleased with the entire experience. After having alterations my daughters wedding dress ( never worn) had spots that looked like oily hands had handled and splatter marks that we believed to be red wine. Mrs. Evonne was the name that kept coming up when asking where to take the dress. I calmed the future bride promising a miracle and took the dress. I dropped off to a very pleasant staff member and was assured Mrs. Evonne would do her best. It came back in perfect condition. The pressing and the cleaning could not have been better. Estatic and relieved mom with bride happy and beautiful. I highly recommend.

Awesome experience apparently the previous review is incorrect, most polite people, very courteous and knowledgeable. All my items looked the best have ever looked. Apparently the the lady with ghe apparent fake St Johns Knit wanted something done thats impossible, these folks have been in business for years and have always done a perfect job well above and beyond. Would recommend them to everyone.
