Awful. My wife took her rehearsal dinner dress there to clean some stains on the armpits in August of this 2016. When she picked it up, the stains had become shredded fabric. She could have worn the dress with the under arm stains again but not now with the shreds. The dry cleaner asked to keep the dress to show the owner. My wife called a few times and emailed over the next 8-10 weeks to follow up but no response. After being patient, she finally wrote a Google review because when damage occurs and the owner does not even respect a customer enough to respond to follow up calls that deserves a review. The owner as you can see (as a response to my wifes google review) said that she is a liar, that she was never a customer and threatens her of liable, slander and presumably a lawsuit for such things. Their philosophy is to treat people like family on their web page. If we were treated like family with a response to our call and explanation we would not have posted a google review of our experience to begin with. I guess some people treat family differently than our expectations. We still have the cleaning receipt for the dress in question and have in fact done business there on several occasions. We have not had a problem prior to this instance. After being falsely threatened of slander and liable for describing our actual experience, a complaint was filed with the BBB. This is the owners response: "This garment was tagged defective and labeled "to treat the under-arm stains" when it came in for processing before it was ever cleaned or treated, thus proving the garment was already compromised when it was received. I am happy to show proof of this if needed. The customer asked that we "remove the under-arm stains". The problem with this is the damage was already done, no stain treatment could reverse the effect of the harmful alkaline damage caused by perspiration and deodorants to the fine silk. What you witnessed was the degradation of the fabric due to the exposure of these alkaline chemicals, which is exactly why the damage is reserved to the under-arm area and no where else. Its chemistry, this is an easy one for me. Its really sad that people use slander and libel before they get the facts strait. " Miraculously, my wife who the owner states is a liar and never was a customer actually did have a dress sent there all of a sudden. I gather from the owners response that if you take a dress/garment with a stain there they view the dress/garment as worthless. if they in cleaning, add fabric tears to the area you want cleaned it is of no consequence because to them the dress was worthless on arrival. I also had no desire to recount this story on a public forum and would have much preferred speaking with the owner. However, the owner did not respond to any of my phone calls. The owner did not respond to my wifes phone calls over a several month period. I dont know why he can immediately respond to a google review but not call back a customer. I think the term the owner should use is censorship. We are giving a review or our actual experience. He is threatening us to keep us quiet. We also want our dress back.

They completely ruined my silk wedding rehearsal dress. It looks like a cat scratched and shredded it. I have tried multiple times to no avail to get in touch with the owner or someone to at least acknowledge me and address this situation. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Terrible service. I will be informing everyone in the surrounding neighborhood just how bad this place is. I thought it would be great because its so convenient to our neighborhood. Boy was I wrong. I will be taking my business elsewhere, as should you. Update to my review: Yes I have used this (Windermere shopping center location) cleaner multiple times for my clothes and my husbands, and to accuse me of slander is utterly ridiculous. I am simply an unsatisfied customer who expected better... Who expected at least a response from the owner, but it has been over a month now...almost two. You should treat your customers with more respect and maybe you would receive better Google reviews. I would post a picture of my receipt if Google would allow it.

UPDATE 6/30/16: After many phone calls I finally spoke with the manager this morning and he was very apologetic, explained the situation at the store and processed my refund immediately. While I am still upset that my jeans were ruined and that it took so long to get my refund, I appreciated the managers quick work and sincere apologies. I do understand the difficulties of running a small business. 6/27/16: Great location, horrible service. I had 4 jeans hemmed and although they did one pair decently, they did a very, very sloppy job on the other 3 pairs and 1 pair I had to convert to capris because they were cut too short to be pants, despite having been measured out in the store! This was over a month ago and I still have not received a refund!! Apparently I keep missing the manager, who I have yet to reach. For the cost, I expected much better work.

Disappointed. I have been a dedicated customer for years, spending over $6,500 annually with this company. A very expensive garment was ruined when I sent it to them for cleaning. I was treated with disrespect and rudeness by Courtney (the owner) when I expressed my concerns. It took the company months to respond to my complaint. I had to file an additional complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will no longer be using their services based on how this situation was handled, not on the ruined garment. I fully understand these things happen. The company can only control how they handle their customer service and I am beyond disappointed in how I was treated as a customer. Further, I will encourage others to take their business elsewhere. I have never been treated so poorly by a company I have used and promoted for years.

I was a very loyal customer for a year and brought many clothes and my comforter there all the time. I brought in shorts and that were $365 and they were suede. The dry cleaners completely ruined them. I was very upset and went in to talk to the owner and would not call me back for months. The owner gave me back the shorts completely ruined and told me that is how they are "suppose" to look even though they still had stains on them. He did nothing about it and would not give me my money back or pay for the shorts. I have been to other dry cleaners where they pay for what they have damaged. Very disappointed in their service.

Customer Beware! I had a pleated linen skirt cleaned over 2 months ago at the Windermere Shopping center location. It was pressed into a flat circle, completely removing all pleats! It has been sent back 5 times now and they have not been able to correctly pleat it. I have been unable to get the manager/owner Courtney Friedman to respond to my requests to call me to discuss reimbursing me for the skirt. Mr. Friedman, I would appreciate hearing from you promptly. I tried to give the business what it deserves - NO STARS - but Google does not allow that!!

Based on the previous good reviews, I was disappointed in what I received. The website says clothes are ready the same day or next day depending on when you drop off your items. When I dropped mine off, they said it would be two days. I had several shirts dry cleaned and I asked for heavy starch. Only two shirts were starched and none of them were pressed. Who dry cleans shirts without pressing them? Hopefully this was just a rare oversight, but Im traveling and unfortunately have no time to return for corrections.
