I have been supporting/using this place for the last three years. Today I went to pick up my shirts, and the bill jumped almost double. The explanation was that some shirts needed to be hand pressed. Mind you I had the same exact shirts dry cleaned at the sample place for half of the price at least 20 times before. When I nicely pointed out to the owner that if they wanted to use the more expensive service, they should advise me ahead, not while handing me the bill. She shrugged it off giving me some lame excuse. The owner instead of working this out with me and offering me discount she became defensive. I didnt appreciate her attitude. I paid the bill and left. It was the last time my foot stepped into this place. I cleaned at least 25 shirts a month. Their loss. Bad customer service. Make sure you pay attention to the receipt they give you at the drop off so you avoid unpleasant surprises.

I have been using this cleaner for 4 years and they are excellent. Their service is fast, done onsite, and they care about the customer. Clothes always come back in excellent condition. I have been taking on average 5-10 shirts every other week and have never had a crushed or missing button upon return. I have also used their on-site alteration, which is equally as good. Open 6 days a week and very conveniently located off I-95 and Sheraton.

So expensive. They told me my shirts are to small for their machines so they would have to press it by hand. That took the price per shirt from $2.25 to $5.50. I didnt stay to find out how much my pants were going to cost. Went to a place down the block near publix and got excellent service and paid $1.90 per shirt. The place near publix may have even been a bit nicer. And they have a very cute golden retriever as security

They ruin your clothes and say "oh I didnt know that would happen" then just smile at you like you have to accept it. This is new ownership, previous owners were great. Shame they sold. Hard to find a good dry cleaner.

I have been taking my dry cleaning there for 3 years, and they are the best. Never a problem, great service, and fun to deal with. Their alterations service is A+++++++++++. She is the best.

Great care of garments, prompt & friendly service, and Ive never had a problem with missing or damaged items. I recommend it to anyone who cares about thier clothes.
