I have had storage units at Security Self Storage in Pace since 2004- because it offers superb climate control facilities, and a wonderful staff who goes the extra mile to answer questions and accommodate the customers. Ive seen them with many customers and they take their time answering questions while multi-tasking to get other folks taken care of. The facility is clean and grounds maintained, and the security cameras are monitored. I now have three units there because of the quality of service, highly recommend. (And during hurricanes Ivan and Dennis, no structural damage- a WELL built facility. Thats why I store my business items there!

No complaints here! Rented a unit temporarily. (and a U-Haul moving van) Rates were great! Facility nice & clean. Everyone was friendly!.... and that really means a lot to me. Theres just no respect or manners anymore. Even when it comes to customer service.... most businesses treat customers with the "dime a dozen" mentality. Not here! I was treated respectfully.. like I was the most important person in the world! ~ Thank You for a great experience! I highly recommend Security Self Storage of NW Fl located in Pace, Florida. and I will definitely use again when/if the need arises.

Good folks run this place in a very friendly manner. However the buildings are a bit tough to get a large truck between and it is easy to get into trouble when turning

Rented a UHaul trailer there. Good parking, clean office, nice people using slow computers. Returning the trailer was easy and quick.

I have been repeatedly overcharged and its always been the "systems" fault. If you store with them auto pay is ill advised
