This company is garbage. If I could give them less than one star I would. Their storage rooms leak and they are unwilling to provide any helpful assistance. DO NOT take your trusted belongings here, they will be destroyed like mine were. They refused to acknowledge that the leak in the roof of the indoor storage room was there. April said that the people they had looking at the roof of the storage room could not find the leak. I guess my items just magically got wet and molded and destroyed and the huge puddles of water forming in ceiling were not enough. This company is the worst storage company in town!!! Update: I went to Anytime Storage on 14OCT16 to pick up the letter I was told to come get, but I was told that because of my review that she shredded the letter. She told me to call back this week (today is 19OCT16), and she might be able to find the letter. This company does not want you to write an honest review. There was no customer service recovery and they do not care about the customer or their opinion. As a Soldier, I know we must use storage areas for our belongings, but this company has not lived up to expectations. The employee attitude is not welcoming and intimidating. She told me today that she is awaiting her attorney before she can give me the letter that I need to complete my claim. Change your attitude and you Change the customers attitude towards your business! These employees should watch the video, Giveem the Pickles... and theyll be back, by Robert E. Ferrell. Take Care Of The Customer! Update: This company has not reached out to me and I still do not have the letter. The way this company treats Veterans is awful. They could have emailed, mailed, texted the letter, but they simply chose not to give me the letter they said they would provide for my insurance company to complete the claim for my items damaged while in their leaky storage rooms. I just shake my head that businesses like this are still thriving off the money of Soldiers.

Everyone in there is very rude and the fact that the realtors dont even have their own more professional office and they work out of here is laughable. And with the other comment saying they are rude they are 100% telling the truth. My Reply: I dont have bad credit or any past evictions AND we never even talked about any of that. You are breaking the law when you turn away a service dog based off their breed when they LEGALLY have paperwork and a doctors note. I was never rude you two were rude the whole time but I see the other review and I see this is how you treat all your customers I am sure you will be out of business soon (:

I have rented an apartment and a storage unit from this company and have nothing but praise for the customer service and quick response to any issues that have come up. I am surprised at the negative reviews, but I do understand that sometimes you get what you give, and you cannot make everyone happy. Some people refuse to believe they are in the wrong, so I guess posting negative reviews is their only way to get back at Anytime Storage.

Horrible. Run away fast. Extremely rude, not helpful in any way. Charged over 3600 to my husbands credit over 3 monthst AFTER we moved out with not a single notice to us about it. Called animal control while I was away trying to get my animals taken from me while i was moving to a new house (30 min away, they were not left alone for days or anything)

great place to store your stuff. Ive used them for storage for 16 years and never had any issues with them. the office ladies are very knowledgeable and understanding of your needs and will work with you to the best of their abilities. I also like how they are very thorough in explaining the rules of storage and they execute the rules very well.

I had nothing but good experiences with this company. The ladies in the office are very nice and walk you through the process and make sure you understand every part of your agreement. I would recommend this office with every business they deal with because they are well organized and understanding with military.

We have rented storage and a house from this office. He ladies in the office are great to work with if you are doing what you are supposed to do. They make their tenants be responsible for their actions. Great place to rent and quiet! Definitely will remain a tenant.
