To who it may concern Ive been coming to public storage for the last 3 years love it clean nice good people but I have one person that I do really really really would love for her to get a 20 on my scored and her name is Rosie her number is 22337 I think shes amazing she took care of me right away Ive been asking for to be moved for god knows how long and always told me ok ok and never I come here first time meeting her and she moved me. Me what I want it right away and Im very excited about that so thank you so much and shes a keeper

I went to Public Storage located at 5778 N. Northwest Hwy today for the first time. I was completely new to the whole storage thing and had a lot of questions. A man named Roger helped me out significantly, he answered all my questions and recommended me tools that I desperately needed. He was also very friendly to my two year old son who was completely in the way. Im so happy to write a review about Roger that Im doing it right now and I just saw him about an hour and a half ago! Thank you Roger!

Charged me $25 fee after I paid bill saying I paid it wrong. No customer service to speak of. If I didnt pay would charge me an extra $35 late fee. With just a Noone for you to talk to. Then informed me every six months my bill would go up $25.Then theres the obligatory $11insurance charge which doesnt cover much. Cant wait to get out before they hit me with more unfounded charges which cannot be disputed without them adding more charges for the hell of it.

This place is great!!! They are so easy to work with and understand all your needs. My husband and i were there the other day and went to get storage the wonderful woman working named Rosie helped him so much. We didnt know what size to get or how much to spend or anything but she walked him through it and helped us get what he needed. I am very thankful this place exist and have to help with needs and wants.. Thanks again Rosie for all your help

I have used several storage facilities in my travels and this is by far the cleanest, most convenient and friendliest. Roger and Carole, who operate this Public Storage, are very pleasant and extremely helpful. I accidentally left a few items out in the hallway and Roger contacted me and secured them in a safe place until I could return to pick them up. I highly recommend this storage place for any and all of your extra space needs.

I went in to buy a box for something I needed to ship an item back and Enisa was very helpful. The item that needed to go in the box was too large so she helped me put together two boxes and taped it up for me. It was so sweet of her to go out of her way. She even help carry the box out to my car. I really appreciated her help. Thanks Enisa with customer service like that I would highly recommend this location.

I have been renting on and off from Public Storage over the last 8 years. Roger & Carol have been doing a Great Job at this property. (Very Easy to Work With) They have some of the Best Pricing on boxes....When you buy like 35, they give you 15 FREE & they let you mix and match different sizes. Twice I bought more boxes than I needed and Roger let me return the ones I didnt use. Thank you!!!!

Moving into a new home is very stressful, especially after 20 years. Having to downsize and say goodbye to precious things is even harder. I did not think anything would be easy about all that. Then, I met Roger and he was very kind and considerate of my needs. I cannot state enough how much he helped me. If you want, take one old womans advice and rent with Roger.

Sue is Great, Friendly ,and Helpful. She knows what she is doing and talking about she should be a manager. Sue is always there in the office when I go to my parents space. I needed boxes not that long ago and she helped me purchase them. The property is cleaned. Thank You for being nice to my parents and always helping them with a cart.

Had a fantastic experience this past weekend. Felicia helped me get into my unit when my number for the gate wasnt working with no problems. Her demeanor and attitude alone set the bar for what every person dealing with the public should aspire to be: friendly, helpful and informative. Highly recommend.
