#Katie helped me great time, and she always address any concern immediately. If she moved to another location I would rather change the unit to that new location! The place is in very convenient location just by Harlem Prices are good There is a good space for a big truck to move around Ive been having my unit for about 2 years.

I came in here just to buy a few boxes and found Emily to be very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She made sure I had everything I needed for my move and even talked to me about storing some of my summer stuff away to give more room in my new place. Will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

I went in to buy some mattress covers and I had the pleasure of Katie working with me, not only did she have what I needed she also offered alternatives and told me how to keep my mattresses protected and clean. I didnt need to use a storage but if I did I would come back here and I would tell my family and friends about her

Best experience at Public Storage, let alone any storage facility experience ever. Nick went above and beyond to satisfy my needs (despite not having what I needed at the moment) and was able to direct me to a branch that did. Will direct my future business to him in the future.

I had a unit at this place within two day I saw channel 5 news were a lady had her unit robbed for $5,000 and a month late my unit was broken into luck for me two Days before I unloaded most my stuff. A total of 26 units were broken into talking about a inside job no proof

Public storage places seem to be much the same a place to hold all your extra stuff you probably dont use to much. The difference in this was the customer service I received from Angie. She walked me through everything and showed me the ropes. Thanks it made moving essay.

Katie is the best girl of the day and the one who works there. I chose that location even thou there were good offers around, so i chose it only for her customer service. Shes professional. She always smiles. Also shes beautiful and awesome. Hope Ill love that place.
