I have been a customer since 2007 and I love how clean the site is. Even when it is a lot of snow in the winter, the site is always clear so you can get in your storage! I so love the lady Tammy that is there! She is so friendly and nice! Every time I go there and see her its always laughs we share! No matter how long it has been that she has seen me she never forgets who I am. I so love when she has to call me to remind me that I have not paid my bill (she know I am forgetful and will forget). Tammy makes me like a valued customer and makes me glad that I have a storage there! I was even telling Tammy how I was going to come clean out my storage because a lot of the things in there I no longer needed and she suggested that I call the Salvation Army to come get the things in which I no longer wanted....see she is too wonderful because I did not think of that! Tammy and the Public Storage site is too wonderful! I so love that I decided to have my storage there! As long as I need a storage space, that is where I will have my storage at! GREAT JOB PUBLIC STORAGE ON YOUR SITE AND YOUR EMPLOYEE! I will make sure I always recommend this storage spot when I hear people need a storage place for their belongings!

I have been a customer for approximately one year. I have needed their in-store services only twice. However, Tammy seems to remember me as if she had known me all her life. She has a very friendly attitude and makes you feel comfortable with whatever your need may be. As I went over today, she was so helpful that even asked me that if I needed to downsize, she would be willing to help me. That is the kind of service I like, you know that indirectly their main purpose is to get your money, but she makes you not feel the pain and want to come back. She made me believe that money is not the most important thing but my satisfaction is. Thanks Tammy.

I Have been a customer of this storage facility for over a year now and love it. The facility itself is very secure and well kept. The staff is amazing. I love Tammy, she is the queen of customer service. She is kind, courteous and always willing to help in anyway she can. She knows her stuff and can assist with any situation. She has a fabulous sense of humor and is always very pleasant. She makes me think of her as a friend. She is a true asset to your organization. I Have also had the pleasure of being helped by Thare (Tony) he too was very pleasant and was able to answer all my questions. Two thumbs up to your facility and staff!!! :-)

Tammy is the best property manager that I have dealt with in all of the many years of my renting storage spaces. She cheerfully answers all of my many questions. I have had to move, downside, and upsize my storage. Tammy helps me with advice and planning (and supplies choices). Tammy helps me to know what my options are and to decide what to do. Some times I have had to ask the same question that I asked months before; because I forgot the answer. Tammy is always considerate and takes extra time and effort to be sure that I understand. This is a very clean, well-run facility. My experience in obtaining a rental unit with Tammy was an awesome one. She is very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job letting me know all my options and the easiest way to handle a stressful time of moving. In fact, when I walked into the office for an appointment I had, Tammy was in the middle of handling a difficult situation with a delinquent tenant and handled the situation with compassion and professionalism - I was impressed by that. I would highly recommend this location - professional, great location.

I found the office staff to be very organized and efficient when opening and closing out my account. The staff was nice to let me buy one of their locks to put on the bin that I had rented.They were courteous in sending me a reminder to pay the storage fee before the account incurred a late fee. The weather was damp and cold when I rented the bin so I did not make many visits to the site. My bin was located outside so everything was effected except the lock did work; opened every time..

I am very happy with this facility. Nikki has been really great, she has been very nice and very helpful. Prices are very reasonable, storage areas are clean, facilities in general are clean. Very good experience so far. Although I have one suggestion, I would like to see visiting time extended. My suggestion would be 5am to 11pm. similar to life storage facility, which is less than a mile from there. John Baisa

Renting from here was such a great experience! I showed up right before closing and Brianne tended to me with a smile. The process overall was very short with fantastic customer service. I very much liked that I was asked all the items I would put in the unit so she could better advise me on what size unit to get rather than trying to sell me on a larger unit. I give this experience a 10/10!!

This is a horrible storage. Not only did they give two horribly ruined storages. They broke in illegally without our permission. They left a mess and destroyed my electronics. I would prefer to pay a little more and stay at a better storage. And the service ahhh!! Horrible
