I needed to downsize my current unit at a competitors location but due to cost I had to look elsewhere. I remembered someone telling me about this location and stated it was a fair price for what it was. On my first visit (during the weekday afternoon) no one was on site so on a returning trip I was able to meet Shirley and view the site. I first signed up for a unit with Shirley who had a decent rate for the property, though they asked a lot of questions about what I was putting in there and how many boxes (who,what,why). I was able to save some cost by providing my own lock and plastic for the floor. The units arent climate controlled but I have checked with the melting ice and found no leaks so that is a plus. They do have drive up units which make it much easier to unload. Unfortunately I didnt have enough space so I returned and was assisted by Paige who secured a nice drive up unit. She was quick with the set up but unfortunately canceled my registration, so she had set me up with the new unit and corrected everything on Monday being it was a weekend and customer support was already closed. Luckily I was still able to move in that night. The location is easily assessable and mostly surrounded by local businesses. My only complaint would be that on over 6 separate occasions the gate has been wide open. I was told they were "off-line" and "that extreme truck weight can throw off the functions until it resets"? Not being a gate tech I could nether confirm nor deny. The property seems fairly well kept up and I believe management lives on site. Aside of the gate issue, its an affordable option to cheaper storage.

This place is s total scam. After 6 months they start raising your rent. My $108/mo rental went to $123/mo. I called and asked why, they told me their market research indicates they should charge more money. I called from a different phone number and told them I wanted a unit the same as mine, I was quoted a price of $107/mo. TOTAL SCAMMERS. Put places like this out of business and take your money somewhere else. So I call their headquarters and ask why my rate went up after they lie, say market research shows they should charge more, but new customers pay less. The rep tells me they can raise rates whenever they want and to expect my rate to go up every year. Unbelievable. Worst company I have ever heard of. Needless to say I will be cleaning out my unit at the end of the month.

I would like to say that this is by far the nicest public storage place that I have worked with. From the first call with Shirley to her expertise at recommendations and packing supplies she made the entire experience less stressful. The property seems well managed by her and offers a nice secure feeling. I also enjoyed the time she took to be personable as well as professional, as on tired days of moving her kindness was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone in the area needing this service.

Would not recommend this Public Storage location. Management is frequently not on site, the security gate is often wide open, and they hike their rates on you after you are settled in. Their admin fee pretty much wipes out any initial discount and they severely overcharge for insurance. Just tack on the storage to your homeowners or renters policy and youll have better coverage for a fraction of their insurance cost. Amelie and Dan B.s review on Yelp from 7/25/2013 is spot on.

Shirley is just the best person you could ever want to deal with she is kind informative keeps the business running like a pro and the place is clean, I must say our company has stored in many different places with mixed experiences, but with Public Storage and with Shirley at the helm we will keep our business storage needs here, in Justice... Shirley is very nice and the location is down the street from my house, making it really convenient for me. UPDATE: I still love the place, Shirley is very nice and helpful! 2ND UPDATE: Shirley, you are so helpful. Shirley calls to let me know of my account status and every time I go in, she goes out of the way to help me. Youre awesome, Shirley, Public Storage should give you multiple raises for you.

This was one of the cleanest storage properties Ive ever been to, there isnt any garbage outside and you can tell all of the units have been swept out. The set up is nice too its not difficult to find units and not a far travel to the units. The clientele outside seemed very neat and friendly as well. Paige had great suggestions and was overall very helpful. I would definitely recommend storing here.

The service here is exclusive. Shirley or Tony will make the renting transaction a breeze, your questions will be answered and you will get prompt help with anything relating to your storage.

I called the office and Paige was really helpful with setting me up an appointment to see a unit and worked well with my schedule. I was in a rush for time and she was able to do all of the paperwork and explain everything to me within 15 minutes. The justice location she sent me to is very organized and secure. Super property, clean, feel safe and secure. Manager Shirley is a one in a million super lady. Very friendly, trustworthy and has pride in her job. She, along with the secure and safe feeling on the property is what led me to rent there and keeps me there! You cant go wrong here! Great all around atmosphere, service and pride!

My mom rented with them and they never would work with her, they were repainting the building and my table got ruined, after the fact she told me oh I can give you a tarp. Went there numerous time with the sign on the door and the worker was 15 minutes past the time and then they have an attitude. Would not store there again

The host Shirley was real helpful and patient. I came in undecided on what size unit I needed and she took time and open a few empty units to help me decide what I needed. She also made it possible for me to gain access to the unit within the hours I needed which was the deal sealer. Nice place,and good people.
