called on the phone about the first month discount pricing and the phone customer service corporate person was pleasant but did not understand what I was asking for and did not fulfill my needs so I was on the phone with public storage about to rent a unit from them when I received a call and I answered it and it was Catherine calling on the behalf of metro she told me hey gary I know exactly what youre talking about and sorry for the confusion ten mins later on the phone I get exactly what I want from Catherine and this company and I come in to rent the unit out in person within minutes of talking to Catherine on the phone she was very easy going and pleasant in person as she was on the phone. the office was clean as well as the unit she had sold me today. Ive rented units before and have never had such a pleasant experience as I did today so thats why I am writing this review in hopes that others see it and will get the same customer service I did and so that maybe the corporate bosses can see an example of how well this storage center is being run when I called public storage to rent a unit today I got the answering machine 3x in a row and the mgr at that companys location was very bothered it seemed by answering my questions and was not anywhere near the level of customer service metros employee and company is so thank you metro and thank you Catherine !!!! keep smiling there contagious

Avoid this place its a reap off!! All bunch of liers pay extra for climate controlled units, the woman that works there katherine is a big lier plus half way retarded just to have your business lies just to get you in the hook,and then flip it on you once you rent a unit there, they kept my money saying is none refundable after she told me they wont charge me for insurance after providing all my insurance paperwork, bullshit place and gritty company and their trained monkeys working there lying just to have your business, avoid this lying cheating gritty unprofessional place, there are many other places where they treat you better, I will never recommend this place to anybody ever,if you are planning on renting a unit look somewhere else, I found a way better place where they are honest and keep their word,bastars have no shame about stealing from people

Just wanted to take a minute today to say that I have been a Metro customer in Northlake for many years and have never taken the time to write a review. Today, for a change, I stopped in the office to pay my "rent" a few days earlier and it occurred to me to that I should take a few minutes to commend Catherine at the front desk, the property manager, who has put up with me, my questions, my late payments and concerns with a smile on her face month after month. Are there better locations with better rates out there? Maybe. But this is close and convenient and I truly appreciate the fact that Catherine has been my "go to" person all this time and always with an outstanding disposition, knowledge and willingness to help. Metro is lucky to have her.

Metro Storage Northlake has been very helpful providing not only our storage unit needs but our vehicle storage needs as well. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to listen and accommodate our specific request. It is not uncommon for them to go out of their way for their customers and provide grade A service. I would recommend Metro Storage to anyone who is looking to lease a unit or units.

The experience in itself was great. I went in with my wife, Kelly Williamson. The CSR was great. She was very kind, consider and helpful. Its hard to find good customer service but you have; Catherine is is great at her job. Only problem is the price is costly.........

Pay the extra for the climate controlled units. Never had any problems with this place, but the staff isnt in the office all the time during their posted hours, so just beware that they might not be able to help you!
