I utilized my storage unit for about 5 months while transitioning between homes. I think the space for the price was incredibly affordable. One downside I experienced was when I went to move out on May 1, there was a padlock on my unit. I was moving out around 1:30 and there was no attendant to help me into my unit. The lock that I had purchased for 17$ as my own was cut and they did not offer to replace it it reimburse me for it. I waited at my unit on my move out day for about 15 minutes when Terry showed up. He was a very nice and helpful person. He got me in my unit very quickly and even got me checked out while I was packing my stuff in my truck. So Terry was great help. I just wish that Public Storage would have thought to inform me that my lock was being cut and would have refunded my money for my cut lock.

Ive used this storage location quite a few times over the years and I have never had a problem with insects or mice, until recently which is why I gave them a 4 star rating. Someone moved in with their bugs and I saw two huge roaches in our unit which my husband killed immediately. We took pictures and informed the manager, I was assured that they were aware of the problem and had recently had the building exterminated. There was also a leak in my unit this time but the manager promptly handled that issue as well. All in all its really worth the money. Its also very clean and the staff is very nice.

My experience was a really great one. Both Anthony and Terry were very helpful. When I made the reservation over the phone, the representative failed to inform me about the insurance and lock fee. So when I showed up, I was $30 short. But, Anthony and Terry still allowed me to start my process while waiting for my sister to bring the other money instead of giving away my unit (which was the last one) . They carefully explained everything to me without leaving out any details. They had all bases covered. What started out as a disastrous day was made better. Very pleased!

Sakiya was very helpful & pleasant. The process was quick, thorough & easy. She explained everything I was signing properly so I understood what I was signing. She showed me 2 unit options that could fit my needs. She gave me all my information in a package & showed me how to access my unit. She answered all my questions courteously. & gave me a chair to wait until the movers finished. Anza was cleaning the office & bathroom as I waited on the movers to finish moving my thing even though the office was clean & neat upon my arrival.

I originally went to unload at a competitors locations and their storage space was not big enough at all, so they referred me to PS and I pulled up 45min before closing. Terry welcomed me and my truck with open arms. He is SO cool!!! He processed my paperwork, was so friendly, helpful and just fun to work with. I appreciated his personality, especially since I pulled up at the last hour with a fully loaded 14 truck. The facility is really clean, very convenient to load and unload and overall impressionable.

Im so glad I went here I called a few places even went into this other place were they had the worse customer service the girl there couldnt even use the computer it was bad but as soon as I walked in here Yaslin created me with her coworker Thai well Yaslin def knew what she was doing great service knows how to speak proper and got me in and out super fast def reconnect this location to anyone Im def going go to keep doing business here 5 stars I wish 10 but 5 will do

Got in late for my appointment right before closing and manger his name was Thair he was very nice and helpful and friendly he helped us move in with no problem it was a bad day for us but he made are rental process easy and he kept us feeling positive he understood are frustrating situation and he made us smile and forget about are bad day! P.s. thanks thair for staying a little late and renting us are space...sorry for being late to are appointment! ! :)

I Love This Public Storage. This Is The Second Time Ive Utilized This Location. My Recent Visit Was On March 17th. Upon Arriving At The Location To Retrieve Some Items & Pay My Bill, It Was Closed For Lunch. However, As I Began To Walk Away Fussing This Gentlemen Came Running Out The Door Telling Me To Come Back, and Thats When I Met Terry The Store Manager. Terry Was Very Kind, Funny & Helpful. Big Shout Out To Terry!!!

I booked a rate online, which was great. However they fail to inform you that there is required insurance, as well as a required fee to pay for the lock. Needless to say, i spent more money than expected at lease signing. Besides that, everything was great, Mike was very helpful and showed me a couple of units to best fit my needs. Mike made sure to answer any questions I had and was pleasant to work with!

My experience at this public storage was great. Terry the manager was very accommodating trying to get in touch with me with my work schedule until we could have set up an appointment. From the moment I stepped into Public Storage both Terry and Carol his assistant were friendly and outgoing. They were very helpful in explaining everything that I would need to know and how things work at public storage.

Terry is by far one of the best customer service providers that i have ever met. He is incredibly knowledgeable about every single aspect of his facility. He instantly made me feel like i made the right choice choosing Public Storage. Its hard to find people of his character now a days, and when you do come across them you should acknowledge them. great experience! thank you Terry.

Im in the process of moving. I just need boxes so I told my partner goo to public storage. we walked in and the sales rep. Terry was very friendly polite and helpful we told him our budget and what we needed. He was wonderful great service he helped us to our car. After 7 years of using Public Storage, we emptied our unit this morning. I would like to say that I always received excellent service at this facility. The hallways and parking area were kept neat and clean. Our organization used the facility to store files and other items. We left simply because our budget doesnt allow us the expense of the monthly fee. Thank you!

My experience with Public Storage was nothing but exceptional. Darlene showed me the facility including my storage unit and also checked to be sure my code worked for the gate. She also made sure I had covers for my mattress. She was very personable and a lovely person to work with. Public Storage should consider themselves lucky to have such a great employee!!

(or should i have said name) he was so helpful and awesome, very knowledgeable, thorough and professional, out of all of the storage facilities I went with this one because of his amazing customer service skills. Moved right in with no issues. I also love that this location is indoors, very neat and convenient. :)
